Always a great experience. Love the staff and the products. I am able to find tough toys for my dog who can chew through almost anything.

First time coming here to buy crickets. The max they sell is 3 dozen and they didn’t last more than 12 hours. They put the crickets in a bag and that’s it. No cardboard no nothing. I paid around $6 for them and they didn’t last long. My gator ate 6 live ones and if I threw a dead one in there he just swam by it. I like supporting small businesses but I think I’ll take my business else where.

We just rescued our Baby Girl 2 months ago and we are still figuring things out about her. They have been so helpful when I have questions regarding food or hygiene products for our Girl. Everything they have recommended has been right ✅️ on the mark. Great to support local business and always feel appreciated.

I received great customer service today from Erin, the owner, in regards to finding new cat food for my 4 year old cat. He has an elevated sugar level so I wanted to find food that was high in protein and low carb. She was so helpful in explaining the difference between the brands and helping me choose the best one. I even received some free samples. In the end I purchased some raw freeze dried food to try out. Thank you Erin! I'm so glad this little gem is in Milford!

Great place to buy cat and dog food the people that work there are very knowledgeable, professional, and have so many different varieties of food. Cat towers, dog and cat beds. All kinds of toys. Great food for the urinary track in both dogs and cats.
