I had a personal emergency and mechanical issue traveling through PA. The folks at Milford Chrysler moved me from my ‘23 Gladiator Mojave into a ‘24 in just a couple hours and got me back on the road. The team was efficient, resourceful, and compassionate. I’m hugely grateful.

Wow start to finish… It amazing. Agents were friendly, patient, informative. They made me feel like I was in good hands. They troubleshooted my situation with easy and professionalism.
I was literally in shock that they took the time to help me in such a quick manner.Also as I sat in the waiting room the receptionist came in with bags of fruit so we could snack on health food. It blew me over like a feather. I reflected on a situation that happened in Nyc. I was in Long Island, my car over heated so I pulled over to a local mechanic that by the way was excellent in trying to help me. Unfortunately my car was still under manufacture s warranty so I had to have my car towed to the nearest Jeep dealership. That was not an easy task. Every where I called no one could take my car right away specially because I didnt buy the car there. Finally I found a dealership that would take the car 3 days later.. The local mechanic was nice enough to keep the car until a tow would pick it up. So 3 days later my car was towed to A dealership in Levittown, My.
Service appoinment was for Thursday at 9:00. So on Saturday I called to see the status of my car.
I was told by a receptionist that my car was in the parking lot and was waiting to go in the cue. ( whatever that means) on Monday and they could not guarantee that it would be diagnosed that day. So Tuesday I get a call that the car was diagnosed ( they were told previously it needed a water pump) so we had to
Play the game. Finally on Tuesday late afternoon my car was ready.
In the meantime I was without a car because they could not give me a loaner because I didnt buy the car there. I could call a 1800 number to see if I qualify for a rental reimbursement. After I rent the car and submit my request they would send it to review and maybe they would reimburse me.
That day I swore never again to buy
An american made car. They are not reliable as foreign cars.
Thankfully you in Milford rescued me. Im so ever grateful to you and Mike who was so amazing to me, he and the rest of the staff restored my faith in Jeep.
