Needed a slow leaking tire repaired on Friday afternoon. Four other shops were unable to help. But I called Jack Williams and they said come on down. Plugged it and didn’t even charge me. I gave them a $10 tip and a five star review.

This place was more than a pleasure. Communication was A1 and very kind front desk workers. Bernadette was very helpful and understanding and I couldn’t be more appreciative and satisfied. Do NOT take your car for an inspection here. I came for an inspection in early October and failed for the front tires being worn and a fog light being out, which was fair. On the spot he tried to sell me 2 tires and a fog light for $400, after which I said I could get for cheaper elsewhere and suddenly he dropped it down to $300, which I also turned down. It turned out that the fog light was only loose and worked fine, which I took care of, and I replaced the front two tires. When I brought the car back for reinspection, I'm told that the rear passenger tire was worn, even though nobody made any mention of it the first time I came, which would have encouraged me toreplace all 4 tires for cheaper than what they tried to push at Jack Williams/Mavis. After coming multiple times it's very clear that helping the customer isn't the first priority of the staff, so I can't recommend coming here as compared to a local, honest mechanic.

On a Sunday afternoon, on our way to vacationing in upstate NY, we got a flat tire. We were a good distance from home and having a hard time getting a tow, they recommended a tow company and said they would fix the tire for us as long as we arrived before they closed. We finally got there at 5 minutes before they were to close. They were the nicest people and stayed late to fix our car. It was a hot day in August and we were traveling with our dog. They allowed our dog to come into the a/c and even offered him a cold drink. I can't say enough nice things about this place, from the receptionist to the mechanics that fixed the tire, everyone was so kind and understanding of our situation.

These guys really helped us out while we were in the middle of a 6 hour road trip and hit one of Pennsylvania's legendary potholes. Got us in and out in 45 minutes and absolutely did not take advantage of a desperate motorist. Grateful to the guys (thanks, Jeremy!)

Traveling from Florida to Milford, PA. Found a slow leak in Virginia but couldn't get any service till we got to Jack Williams in Milford on a Sunday!!! We went there and were amazed at how friendly, efficient and reasonable they were. Julie was extremely empathetic and friendly. The service was quick and excellent! I would go there again, and in fact, there is a Mavis service center in Clermont, where we live and we will definitely go there after our fantastic experience at Jack Williams (Mavis) in Milford. Definitely use their service!!!!!

I travel for work ALOT and had a screw or bolt in my tire! I took it to Jack Williams and he fixed it right up! It was a little weight but they had CSI on the TV which is a win in my book! If you need to get your tire plugged or just to get free air you need to check them out!

The staff was so helpful and courteous during my recent, unexpected flat tire. The service was quick and precise and I was back on the road within a half hour. Julie and her team went above and beyond and I am truly grateful for their kindness.

My husband, kids, and I were on a long road trip and ended up with a screw in our tire in Pennsylvania. We found their store and they had us up and running in about 10-15 minutes. The staff was very kind and courteous. We are thankful they were open on a Sunday and willing to help us out close to their closing time too.

My sensor light for my tires was on and I stopped by to get it checked. They took the car in quickly and determined it a damaged valve. It was quickly repaired at no charge. I will be back when I buy new tires!

I called for tires for my trailer, drive there first thing Sunday morning. I was told they don’t take tires off the trailer. How many people in Jack’s to remove tires from a trailer to get tires replaced. Also, every time you pull in there workers are playing with there cell phones.You would think they would tell you on the phone that they don’t remove the tires on the trailer. Poor management, no leader ship.

So I was told to drop my vehicle at 9am so they could look at my vehicle and assess the next step. I work at a parts store, so I had all the necessary parts needed for the repairs on the front seat once they assessed it. At 345pm I called to follow up and was told my vehicle was still sitting there untouched. When I asked why I dropped it so early if they weren’t going to get to it, their reply was, I’m sure they will look at it before we leave. The whole point of buying the parts and having everything ready was so I didn’t have to wait 2-3 days for the work to be done. They close at 5pm, and now that it’s after 4pm, they are going to rush through the inspection and assessment just to have an answer for me before the day is out. Only to find out that they are closing and will do the work needed tomorrow. Now I’m stuck renting a vehicle so I can enjoy the 4th of July with my children. This is one of the worst experiences I’ve had with a known named establishment. I will NEVER use Mavis or Mavis JWT for ANYTHING needed on my vehicles ever again. And Good Luck to anyone else who even tries. SMFH?♂️?
