Hotel Fauchère is home to Bar Louis, a warm and cozy downstairs restaurant with an upscale atmosphere that is hard to find in the area. The space is very well curated, often featuring fun and charming seasonal decor. The staff is exceptional, personable, and provides excellent service, making guests feel welcomed and never forgotten. The food is absolutely excellent and incredible, consistently described as superb, amazing, delicious, and perfect. Standout dishes include the sushi pizza appetizer, a delicious surprise, along with mussels, tagliatelle pasta, lobster bisque, baby kale salads, and gnocchi. For main courses, the branzino with grapefruit beurre blanc, the perfectly cooked duck, the gorgeous rib eye, and an amazing filet mignon are all noted. Desserts, including a favorite vanilla bean cheesecake, are also amazing. The cocktails are diverse, delicious, and well made. Overall, it is a fantastic, enjoyable, and welcoming dining experience, with many guests calling it one of the best meals they have ever had and planning to return.

The food was delicious and the restaurant is decorated beautifully for the season. A wonderful place for date night.
