“Cashier was friendly but floor staff was to busy tasking to be of much help. I felt I was interrupting them asking a question. I received the shortest of responses when I did ask a question.”
“We went to the Home Depot of Matamoras today as our local Home Depot did not have what we needed in stock. As soon as we walked in into the lumber department, an awesome gentleman who goes by the name of Shaggy, approached us to help. We must of purchased over one ton of wood (literally!). Between 6x6s, 4x6s, 2x8s, 2x6s, 2x4s, 16 footers, 12 footers, etc... it was a LOT of lumber. Shaggy did not stop for one second to help us load. Not only did he grab us an extra cart, helped pick through the wood, and load the two carts, he also made sure he knew where we were parked so that he could help us load everything into the trailer. We were beyond happy with such service. Shaggy truly went above and beyond and made our experience at this unfamiliar Home Depot a wonderful one. Thank you Shaggy for all your help. Very much appreciated.”
“My grill broke on Thursday right before a friend's weekend. I went to True Value Friday morning. By noon on Friday, True Value assembled and delivered a new grill in time for my friends weekend. They even disposed of my old grill for me. What a lifesaver! Thanks True Value.”

“This store has a special place in my heart with the care they give my mom.
Unfortunately I don’t live near her but every time I’ve taken her there they are so helpful to her. They know their stuff.
Funny how she’ll say to me “ I’ve already called them and they have what I need. We need to go now to get it”
It’s because of this care I’m so grateful knowing when she goes alone, she’s going to a store that cares about their customers.
