I LOVE Amica CrossFit, it's the best gym I've ever been too! The coaches are all AMAZING and the workouts, training and guidance you get here far surpasses anything I've ever experienced, 5 stars hands down

Dropped into Amica this morning. It was a great experience and I got a great workout. Donna was great and she ran a tight class.

What a supportive environment. I love the structure of the workouts and the people. There are no egos at this box, everyone is friendly and supportive. Knowledgeable coaches scale workouts around old injuries as well as your curent fitness level. Best decision I ever made!
