“Chicken . . . yes, I took one of our pet chickens we just couldn't seem to help. Dr. Phillips took me in the same day, was pleasant, explained what she was seeing, and helped me make treatment decisions. In the end, I was a bit shocked at the bill . . . and wanted to pay more (odd thing to say, right?). She has a great staff and team too.
I'm just shocked it took me decades to drive past their practice before giving them a shot. This is my new vet practice for our menagerie of animals.”

“Dr Zajac and his staff are simply the best! My wife and I are both in our late 70s, we just adopted a 6 year old German Shepherd for security reasons. Dr Ted's practice is really the greatest in the fact that your dog does not meet other animals in the waiting room. Gus unfortunately does not like other dogs and human strangers, he will bark and act very aggressively when approached buy them. We currently are taking him to dog obedience school. Dr Ted recommended some things that could possibly help Gus become a more behaved dog! Dr Ted is also treating him for a GI problem. His prices are reasonable and fair and it's very easy to get an appointment! The office is very clean and neat, and most of all the staff is very kind and considerate when you call for an appointment.

“Unfortunately I had to say my goodbyes (my see you soon) to my precious boxer yesterday. Everyone there was so nice and patient with my baby and myself. They sure made such a hard decision as easy as possible for her and for me. They made her so happy with treats and talking to her making her comfortable with them touching her. I never left her side for one second, they worked around me. I was never asked to move aside, in fact the one girl said “ you stay with her I can squeeze in small spaces “ after I asked if she needed me to move. I highly recommend them, so sweet and they don’t take you for everything you own. May God bless each and everyone that I came in contact with there yesterday. I thank you all so much from the bottom of my broken heart for all you did for me and my sweet girl. I miss her so much already. ??”

“I had to rush my bird in for an emergency visit. My first time at this vet was filled with understanding and compassion. All staff were super friendly and quick. They eased my pain when I found out my bird couldn't be saved. If I didn't live an hour away, I would make them my primary vet.”
“Had an appt for my sick cat, ended up being euthanized. Rae and Dr Katherine were amazing!! They were patient, gentle, knowledgeable and stayed after hours to help me and my pet through this. I didn’t feel rushed at all, you can tell they do it for the animals and not just as a job. Definitely recommend! Good hours and very quick to get us in for an appointment.”

“I have been taking my cats here for a few years. I rescued a stray and brought to a vet that wasn’t caring or helpful with the rescue. I made an appointment at just for cats. They took him right away. Examined him, tested for FIV. Took the time to go over adapting a stray to a new home with other cats. They go over pricing before they do anything . I feel the prices are reasonable. You don’t wait long. Everyone is kind, and they love the cats in there.”
“Have been going to this clinic for years with my Mom and our dogs. They have always been friendly and done everything for our dogs, be it routine check ups or emergencies. Waiting room is nice and friendly and has a nice little kid spot. Highly recommend them.”

“I have had many cats in my life. All of them have been patients of MVC for almost 40 years. I should have done this review sooner. Dr. Kathy Jamison is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate-with my cats and me too. I have adopted many cats from there and she and her staff always help me find the cat meant for me and my household. Like any great doctor, sometimes it is hard to get an appointment, and you wait your turn the day of. But unequivocally, it is well worth the wait, and all her clientele-humans and animals know this. At the same time, If I think it is an emergency, she will fit me in the same day, even if it means staying after hours. She won't make decisions for me but always has all the ins and outs of treatments to help me. I NEVER feel pressured or shamed into anything. It is painful to lose an animal and Dr. Jamison and her staff have cried with me when it happens. We love MVC, Dr. Jamison and all her staff.”
