“I think it's important to support the USPS, and I actually go out of my way to do business with the Lemont Post Office. The staff are friendly and helpful and I'm always greeted with a smile. They now actually know my name and what services I need. During the pandemic they have been very careful (as opposed to my local post office). Even at the busiest, the wait-time has been minimal. Thank you, Lemont!”
“yes, it's the post office. yes, that sometimes means you have to wait in line, because there is usually only one employee working. but, those employees are friendly and will answer all your questions patiently. I'm so glad to have this post office near my home so I don't have to go downtown!”
