Danny Sheafer is fantastic. I hit a pothole and blew a tire. They didn’t have what I needed but Danny called around and tried to find one. Unfortunately, no luck. He helped me out to get a tow truck and tried to help with a rental car. If the customer service a non-paying customer gets, I can only imagine what paying customers experience. Thank you for your help.

I've bought several vehicles from them and have always been treated fairly. It has been especially notable that they have not engaged in the unscrupulous practices that some of the bigger more urban dealers have done. (Above MSRP pricing, mandatory add ons, etc.)

Needed to get 4 new tires put on my car before local snowstorm. Called around and luckily Sheaffer's was one of the only places who was able to fit me in right away! Mounted & balanced all 4 for less than $100 before sales tax. ??First time my Buick LaCrosse was @ a chrysler dealership...?

Highly recommend John H. Sheaffer’s!! I hit a deer in October, and need it to be fixed right away. My insurance company didn’t want to corporate and pay what they needed upfront, so Sheaffer’s took it into their own hands to get it fixed correctly! Big shoutout to Dan, Stan, and the mechanic Garrett for being patient with the insurance company to get the right parts, and sending it to a great body shop Benner’s Body shop in Mifflintown who made my jeep look brand new! Thank you guys for all you did! It’s truly appreciated!! Our family swears by Sheaffer Dodge in Mexico, Pa!!
