H&R makes doing my taxes fast and easy, They take the stress of having to figure everything out my self, and would personally suggest them

We used H&R block this year because we figured it would be fast and streamlined since they're "tax professionals" . We called to make an appointment and they said they were booked way out and we could just drop them off. So we dropped them off and waited 2 weeks and called back in. They said they'd be ready in a day or 2. When they were ready, we went in and signed everything. Waited another day or 2, called to check on them again (never got a call) and we were told they weren't accepted because of an error within h&r blocks software. So, we wait till they get it sorted out, sign ALL the papers yet again and then return the papers Thursday. We again hear nothing at all so we call3d in Monday around 10am. Receptionist couldn't tell me if they were sent in or not and that we'd be called back when the agent handling it arrived at 1pm. Waited till about 6:30pm - no call back. I called it and all they could tell me is they were sent in and accepted now. No particular reason that we never got a call, no reason as to why they weren't sent Thursday when we returned the papers....For a "professional" tax preparation service, I feel the fees we paid far exceeded the service we recieved. We will not be returning.

Very good service I came into the office worried I wasn't going to get my taxes accepted and came out of the office with a huge weight lifted off my shoulders not only was it accepted but I got back more than what I thought I was going to!!!
