I don't remember the "managers" name but he totally screwed everything up for us switching back to Verizon. Then we were charged the $35 fee to switch everything over to our new phones but we had to do it ourselves. I will NEVER go back to a russell cellular Verizon location!

DO NOT go to this store. I will never go back to another Russell Cellular. We upgraded my daughter's iPhone 11 and store never checked in her phone. We were told she got $800 for her phone. A few days went by and I did not see the trade in on account so I called the store. Nobody was answering so me and my daught each called non-stop until someone picked up. It was Nate. The guy we dealt with and he did not remember us. It was only 3 days later. I told him the iPhone was not checked in so he searched the whole store and found it hidden away in a drop ship box. He checked in the phone while I waited but the $800 was not showing. It was only showing $190. I called Verizon multiple times to get it corrected.

Blake was so helpful, knowledgeable and patient. He got my phone set up and found much needed info on repairing the screen on my old phone so I can transfer contacts etc. He also found a rebate for the new phone.

Dealing with Steph seemed great at first, like all other reviews below. I even gave her a 5 star review for verizon. It was after the initial visit that things went down hill. She told meI was getting $700 back for my old phone plus another offer that they accepted in my account. First visit was may 2021, today 2-10-2022, I finally was able to get customer service to accept close to the same amount in my account. I was lied to. I tried reaching out over 10 times and stopped in 3 times over this period as I know people have busy lives too, and didnt want to be too much of an annoyance. I got no response and no update on where the money was that my account was owed, and more lies on why nothing was happening with the money.. this was a terrible experience. Thank you to the customer service representative from NC that helped get it sorted out.
