Absolutely don't do business with this company! It's too bad that I can't give them a negative 5 star review! It's been 3 months since I was told they were working on my supply order and I haven't received a thing. I can't believe their still in business. Horrible absolutely horrible!

UPDATE - I did email the corporate customer service with my info as soon as they left the comment on my review. I have not heard back from them in any way. So I am guessing those replies are for show.AVOID DEALING WITH THEM AT ALL COSTS!! The most incompetent company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. The local staff never answer the phone. In a year I have never received supplies. I have still got the wrong equipment. I got a phone call a month ago telling me I was "not in compliance" and they wanted me to pay for my machine. When I questioned what they were talking about, i was told they were just the billing department and didn't have those details, i needed to contact the local office. who doesn't answer the phone or return calls. ever. then today I get a letter informing me that "despite multiple attempts to collect my coinsurance" I haven't paid and therefore they will be charging me with theft if I don't return the device. A call this time tells me that I somehow owe * $2 * which has never been billed to me. No one can tell me why I was never billed in a year. or why I even have this charge when my insurance covers 100%. Again, I get told i have to talk to the local office. Going down there today and returning the machine. I will do anything I need to in order to find ANY other company. total incompetence, rip off artists trying to scam people into paying for machine they should not be paying for. Local office is rude and incompetent.

Will not be doing business with Rotech. The employees were beyond rude, and were not willing to look into anything for us or help us in any way. Answering questions was apparently too much work for the lady in the office. Seems like she would just rather not be bothered than do her job. Stay away from this place unless you like dealing with rude customer service. 1 star is more than this place deserves.

We're Suppose to submit a pre authorization with data for purchase my c pap to my insurance company and didn't do it... Instead are charging for monthly rental..Beware.... No conflicting interest you are ripping people off these do not cost $2300...You can purchase these off the internet for 500 to 600

Beware...Ripping people off....They are not doing there job..charging rental instead of submitting pre authorization to purchase....they are charging 2300 fir a 600 dollars machine u can buy off internet

Wished to rent a hospital bed. No one answers the phone at the Mifflinburg, PA store. There is also no way to leave a message. Called next HQ in Florida and could only communicate with a CHAT system which turned out to only agree to talk to existing customers. The COE may be Phil Carter or Timothy C. Pigg. No one there would answer the phone their either.

The only reason I gave them 1 star was I had to. The worst customer service i have ever experienced. After 2 mix ups on picking up their equipment they said i would have to drive 3 hours to bring it to them. If your insurance wants them as your oxygen provider tell them to find someone else . One very unhappy customer!!!!
