There are not enough superlatives to describe Mifflinburg Auto Body. Dave and Lanessa are fantastic. First, they expertly diagnosed my issues and identified things I hadn’t realized; they worked with my insurance company independently (they deserve a medal) while keeping me in the loop; finally, I picked it up today and it looks better than when I bought it—detailed, polished, buffed. Plus, they are such pleasant people!! I wish I could give 6 stars.

Mifflinburg Auto Body, in my opinion is the best body shop in Union County. Lanessa is very kind and considerate and also the body shop guys. Quick with an estimate and the worked directly with my insurance to take the stress off the customer. Grade A body shop !

I was suggested Mifflinburg Auto Body by my insurance adjuster. Hesitant with being quite a distance out of my way. With many body shops I have dealt with previous, very local to me. I met up with Lanessa, who offered to drive my car to the shop. At other body shops they have had my car with less damage over a week. My car was taken in on a Tuesday and returned that Thursday looking like a brand NEW car, not only outside where the damage was repaired, but inside as well. Never have I been treated with the respect and satisfaction as I was with Mifflinburg Auto Body. You were not treated as, “ just another customer” Their professionalism is top notch. I will not take my vehicles anywhere else for collision/ bodywork repairs.

This is a customer based business. Lanessa has the experience, leadership and tenacity to advocate for the customer and ensure the insurance companies are doing the right thing. This establishment has zero tolerance for short cuts and accepts nothing less than perfection. I won’t do business with anyone else.

The people in the shop are top notch and definitely treat your vehicle like it was their own, when I got my vehicle back it looked like a new van. I would highly recommend this business to everyone.. EXCELLENT Auto Body shop. I have had to take my car there on two separate occasions got body work.Very professional. EXCELLENT work done on my car each time and done with a quick turn around time. Lanessa Taylor, Licensed Appraiser, took care of me each time. She is incredibly knowledgeable in her area of expertise and was patient and very accommodating.Mifflinburg Auto Body is an outstanding body shop. I highly recommend it! Would not take my car anywhere else for bodywork.
