Extremely kind and efficient even though WE were tired and upset at the situation. She has great customer service and is manager material in my opinion. Whomever she contacted on her end for assistance was not much help for anyone.”
“This was possibly one of the highlight of my sons vacation in Hershey. The staff was VERY helpful and friendly, sharing all the stories of the cars & time periods facts. Fascinating! We were there during the Muscle Car exhibition, specifically Mustang Day. Couldn't have planned it better. The museum is definitely worth the $16 entrance fee! He filled his and my phone with photos. Enough to spend several hours looking and experiencing all the hands on exhibit available”
“Attended a work event on a rainy day. Kind of difficult to find, but did okay with the map Google provided. Layout is a little confusing, but the staff were helpful and showed me how to get to where I needed to go. Good food and very clean bathrooms. Excellent view of the river.”
“Love this museum. It’s not the biggest museum by any means. You can expect to spend about 1-2 hours here. The staff was amazing and incredibly helpful. They have three Tucker cars which is awesome! They have Whitney Houston’s Roll’s Royce and the bus from Forrest Gump. I highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.”

“Absolutely wonderful museum! I really enjoyed the "War of Firsts" series throughout each room, explaining many things that had never before been seen or used in combat. The gift shop has a lot of unique items for history buffs. The view from outside and the walkway along the edge are beautiful! This is one of the best museums I've toured, and that's a lot.”
“Great place for both the sports ( Tennis and Golf).They do have both Har thru and hard tennis courts. The Golf Club is Huge too.They did set up a nice bar and restaurant both inside and outside. Overall the ambience is nice,neat and clean. We enjoyed the facility for watching a tennis tournament match. Staff is very nice and smiling.”

This was surprising and very much appreciated. Wanted to stay at candlewood because it's an IHG hotel, and the room was nice and spacious. However, Stacey, the housekeeper, did not completely make one of the beds or vacuum/sweep the floors, nor did she clean the toilet.
Rooms: The rooms are spacious with a full kitchen.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place seemed clean and didnt have unpleasant odor. I was expecting hot tub, but it and the pool were broken. the fire alarms on the 2nd floor went off around 10 pm, everybody went down to lobby and it was a false alarm. Apparently this had been happening for several nights in a row and guests were concerned. Since these are kitchenettes someone could be cooking. Reasonable. The weird part was around 1 AM the light under the microwave went on by itself. Neither my husband nor myself had turned it on. The light went off again by itself while we were sleeping. No reasonable explanation because nothing else was affected...management have a clue?”

“Booked thru Delta. Check-in was a breeze. The rooms were not ready because we got here at noon. However they were so nice to hold our bags while we hopped over to bucknell.”
“The staff was great. Our mom was not feeling well from the drive when we got there. Ms. Noel changed our room closer to the elevator so she would not have to walk as far. Derrick even went as far as loading our luggage into the car. Top notch place to stay.

“What a charming place , in a charming town ! We rented the upstairs room for our daughter and son in laws baby shower , and it was simply the perfect space. Interacting with Brenda felt like we were actually dealing with family vs dealing with a company. She's very accommodating, easy going , and the wonderful owner of this beautiful venue . We highly recommend this venue for any event!!”
