We were originally told to get in early for Priority Mail to get it on "the early truck". Now the Priority Mail sits until 4pm. Why bother? Also, the priority mail is taking 8 and 9 days for things we send from this office. Mailed 8/12 at 8:54 am. Stil not even in the state of delivery as of 8/19 at 7:20am. T

The older man working the front desk has been extremely rude to my girlfriend and I. We lost our apartment due to a fire and gives us an extreme attitude everytime we go pick up our mail. Truly awful person making an awful situation worse

Got a call from Christina about a mail hold. Came in to pick up my mail. She doesn’t know where ANY of my mail is even though they called me first, and they acted like they didn't contact me first until I pulled up the voicemail they left me asking about the above topic. Believe the reviews you read about this location. I filed a complaint just now with the inspector general. Hopefully it will lead somewhere since I was willing to be interviewed.

Post Master Christine is very rude to customers and her staff. Witnessed the verbal abuse she dishes out to the people who work day in and day out there. She needs to be replaced, because being rude to staff decreases morale and creates a hostile enviroment. The job is hard on people as is, bring in a tyrant just makes it harder.

Just moved to Middletown pa never had an issue living in a big city (NY) with my mail since I’ve been here about to be one year, lost or got delivered to another house. The people in Middletown pa obviously don’t have consideration bringing my mail back to me especially the ones that got lost or never delivered was super important Tax documents and IRS stuff they take 2-3 days to call back and tell me it was because of holidays or should be coming. This was months ago now recently just got a tax document in the mail that was supposed to come first week of November (2023)still waiting. Super unprofessional especially the mail carrier they always on phone instead of delivering the right mail, place needs newer and better workers or shutdown wish I can talk to the owner or property management for usps this Middletown pa should be professional and do the job right

If you like waiting to pickup mail or waiting in line this is the USPS for you. The one clerk acts nice but give off a "I know better than you vibe." He also gets mad when you ask for stamps. Also in the drop off for packages this post office will cry if you have more than 3 packages "you need a pickup scan sheet." The clerks are a bunch of babies.

Seen that my package was delivered but the notification said, "delivered, individual picked up at postal facility" but I've never been there. So they pretty much lost my stuff???

Can I give less stars? The staff members were rude, short with their answers. I’ve been to post offices before where I didn’t have a label and they helped with one. He just pointed at the wall and said buy one over there. Walked back up to the counter to a second person. I then asked to just ONE piece of tape for my box. And they wouldn’t. I had to buy a $5 roll of tape to use one small piece for my box. As they have a tape roll/gun laying RIGHT BESIDE THEM. I took my piece of tape and then handed her the roll and asked her to let customers who need some use it. She almost refused saying that I’ll need it the next package I send. I said ma’am I’ve lived in the area 3 years and this is the first package I’ve sent in that time. I don’t need a roll of tape laying around my apartment for no reason. Absolutely ridiculous. Definitely don’t go here if you need to ship something. Go elsewhere.

This place always delays my packages by 2 or more days. I contacted UPS to try to not let my packages go there anymore since the Northumberland one is very close to Middletown. UPS agent told me I can’t do that because they mix trailers for those 2 locations and Middletown is much slower at sorting than Northumberland.

I would give 0 if it was an option. I had 2 packages delivered to wrong address which I verified through this Middletown post office. The wrong house it went to guy told me he dropped it back off in Middletown. I go in the lady working the window is playing on her phone. I explain the situation and she says well it probably was sent back. I ask her if she could please at least look they are 2 bright orange packages. She says no and goes back to her phone. Union worker at their finest . Don't bother trying to contact postal inspector either all automated scrabble game. It's a shame our federal jobs get wasted on this lazy excuse for a worker.

Stopped in to drop off a box. Needed one piece of tape rude employee stated "we got none to give only to buy". I normally use the Hummelstown post office, nicer staff that's more helpful. 2nd time I've had to deal with this one and 2nd bad experience!! Do better or hire better!@

I scheduled a redelivery of a package since the handler didn't knock on the door. It was supposed to be redelivered the next day. Never came. Checked the confirmation number. Tried to reschedule again and I couldn't because there was already a request made. Went to modify instead and was then told I couldn't because the request expired???? So frustrating. Thanks Middletown Post Office. Top notch.

I dropped off 3 prepaid first class packages and the clerk rudely told me it was good I only have 3 to drop off because that’s the max.I’m sorry, max according to whom? The USPS is required to accept packages, I don’t see how one branch can just set an arbitrary limit. Definitely don’t go here if you’re just trying to drop off first class packages.
