“I had my low tire pressure light come on in the morning when I had appointments to get to so I had a lot of time to worry that any minute I was going to have a severe issue. As soon as I could I got on Route 22 and headed for Tire Mart. They were super! Told me to go to a bay and a very nice young man came out with an air compressor with a gauge. Within a few minutes he had all my tires at the right pressure and I was on the road. The service here can't be beat. I remember being there years ago and had the same super service for buying a tire. You won't find a better place for tires and service.”

“I'm an out of Towner coming to see the Creed & Brett Young concert and my tire light came on. I have a 3 hr drive home so I took it to them and they found a nail in my tire. They were very nice, took me right away even though they were busy and it wasn't expensive. Thank you guys!!!”
“My friend got a flat tire halfway through her trip to State College late on a Friday night. She didn't have AAA. We called the local Halifax police who were of very little help. No tow companies wanted to drive out of their way at 7:30 on a Friday night. Thankfully, a kind father helped her put on a spare while I drove the 50 minutes north of Lancaster to rescue her. Upon the realization that a tow was prohibitively expensive given our out of the way location, we decided to head south towards Harrisburg and search for a few tire shops that open on a Saturday. With her blinkers on and me escorting from the back, we headed to NTB in the dark and locked up her car with the intention of getting a replacement tire first thing on Saturday. She phoned the nice fellas there and decided to keep her spare and match her existing tires when she got back home. They even checked her air and rotated the donut to the rear, without delay or charge. Kudos to this shop. I hope the one down the street from me in East Petersburg can match their service if I ever find myself in that position. This kind of customer service is a rarity. Thank you!”
“Nick in the service department went above and beyond to get my Kona in and serviced in a timely manner. My return trip home Lyft was covered by the dealership. My car was given a complimentary car wash after being serviced. It's a great experience with all employees being super helpful.”
“My daughter had borrowed our car to make a triip to Pennsylvania and had gotten a flat tire on the way. Not only was the staff helpful and courteous, but took great care in handling the replacement of two rear wheels on the vehicle and assured her that everything was taken care of. From 300 miles away, it was a relief to both I and her father that they took the time to accomodate her on short notice, but had what we needed readily available.”
“We just drove down from Maine in our RV. We woke up to a flat tire. Called AAA and they sent 2 different reps who couldn’t help us. Called Loves Travel center who couldn’t help us. With it being LDW things looked bleak until I called Cameron at Mavis Tires in Middletown. Cameron and his Team fixed the tire and had us back on the road in 45 mins. Great Customer Service! Great People! Highly recommend them.”

“Had an issue with bad vibration in my fro t end of my RV after having new tires installed by another outlet. I went in explained my issue with Josh and Bill. The next morning I arrived there at 7:30am and immediately was told to pull my RV in. They went to work on it for about 2 hours explaining to me during the whole process what they were doing to correct my situation. They diligently finished work and told me to take it for a ride. After a 10 minutes ride on the Interstate highway I returned and informed them that I had probably a 90% or better improvement in my ride. I now wish I originally gave them the opportunity to sell me my tires. All involved were professional and experts in their field. Even though I didn't purchase my tires they treated me as if I was a valued customer. In the future I will definitely give them an opportunity to service my vehicles. So if you need service in the Central Pa area check them out. Thank You STTC!”

“Called Early in the morning for an issue with my car that I purchased from another Dealer. Had an extended warranty that was about 700 miles until it ended. They got me in the same day. I understood that there was a $160 diagnostic fee as well as me having a $250 deductible I would have to pay. I met with Nate, the service advisor and explained my problem. I dropped the car off and expected to have it there for at least the next dayA few hours later ,Nate called to let me know that my car was fixed. Found the problem, had the part in stock and there would be no charge.The part was covered under a manufacturers warranty. They didn't even charge a diagnostic fee.Nate was great, the mechanics were great. The whole experience was great!I will buy my next car from Turner ! Thanks”
“I have been purchasing tires through Sams Club for several years. They have always had the best prices. I recently had a new set of tires put on one of my vehicle and had a screw penetrate the sidewalk about 5k miles in. Peter the manger was great to work with and came up with a fair solution on a replacement package since the tire was discontinued.”
“My front end was shot, new in town, ducks auto was convenient. I will never go anywhere else now. Kimberly is absolutely amazing! I feel like they have gone above and beyond for me and never sugar coated anything. Always upfront with the costs, never charged without talking to me first. Very communicative and never left me in the dark. I don’t feel railroaded or like I paid for services I didn’t need, instead I was treated with respect. “I won’t ever get tires anywhere else. It was too easy! Online, I was able to put in my vehicle make, model and trim and it told me the tire options I had. Then I was able to compare the tires, choose the ones I wanted, order, pay and have them shipped to the store. The very next step rolled me right into scheduling the installation. I wish getting everything installed/repaired etc was this easy! The price I paid online included everything, I paid nothing at drop off or pick up. Best of all their in person customer service is top notch. Jason was the gentleman I dealt with and he went above and beyond. He even asked me how I was feeling when I saw him bc when I dropped off my car I wasn’t feeling great. So simple, so quick and so friendly, what more could you ask for?”

“This was my 3rd visit to the Paxton Street Store. The first time was for a set of 4 All Season Tires. The second time was to have the first set re-balanced due to vibration. This 3rd time was for the exchange of the previously purchased set of 4 tires. This 3rd visit was to exercise the 90 day Warranty process and purchase and install 4 new tires of the next higher quality (Destination LS). These are running smooth versus the prior set. I did not have any mechanical work performed on the vehicle. Therefore, I cannot recommend that aspect of their service abilities.”
“This store out of all the tire places, BMW dealerships, box stores and more were the ONLY people who could help us when our run flat tire got a nice tear on the side wall on our cross country trip. I called everywhere to no avail but Mike had a replacement and made sure he had it physically in stock before we traveled there. To make matters more challenging we didn't have the special lug wrench to get the damaged tire off but they figured out a way to get the tire off and the new tire on so we could safely finish out our trip and sleep in our house that night. Big thanks to Mike and his crew!!!! Definitely choose these guys over other places who barely wanted to talk to me on the phone!”
“Called at 10:30, said they could get me in at noon for four new tires and an alignment. Dropped it off and they said it would be done in three hours. Timing was exactly what they quoted and I walked out spending less than expected! Excellent service and super friendly people.”
