“The owners are great, bought some larg antlers asked if they could cut them. Offered to manually cut them for me. I declined and got a friend who had a strong power saw do it but it was nice that he offered to do it. They have some interesting stuff and it's fun to see the birds that they have on property.”
“During our 3 day roadtrip from southern Alabama to Vermont, my cat desperately needed a new carrier. Pet HQ had the perfect carrier for Izzy that was spacious enough for her to stretch out, stand up, or curl into a ball, which eased her travel anxiety tremendously. The owner of the store was kind and helpful, and even gifted Izzy some treats and her new favorite toy. Thank you Pet HQ!”

“I love this pet store, the employees are always kind and helpful and they clearly care a lot about the animals there. Love that I've seen them take in rescues and nurse them back to health so they can find forever homes. Seems like one of the few pet stores that will actually let you interact with the animal before you commit to adopting it which is such a crucial part of finding the right pet.”
“It's a grand opening day today!They are super busy.They give away bag with pet care and other stuff inside.The store is really big, clean and organized.Love the layout.The employees are super nice. They greeted you when you walked in. They helped you whenever you needed any help with anything. Make you feel welcome.They have a grooming place and a training place in the back of the building.A lot of various pet foods and other items that your pets might need.They also have special parking for curbside pickup.Definitely will come back.”
“I love going here for my pets needs. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. The live feed menu is great. There is also a frozen feed menu to pick from. I have gotten a snake and two guinea pigs and always love visiting the new guinea pigs on display. It's a discipline challenge not to bring home more guinea pigs,they are all so cute. One thing that I really appreciate is that this store doesn't sell live animals to suspected animal abuse persons. I went to them on a situation and they handled it with the utmost respect and protection for the animal involved. When calling for updates if the person I worked with was there I got an update on the lil baby I was calling about. For that I am grateful and recommend this place to anyone looking to adopt pets. Great variety of selections and great ppl to work with in your pet journey”

“Today my kids and myself had a GREAT experience at in store! We went in for a Gecko for my 12 year old daughter and the sales associate Ethan helped us with the process from start to finish! He was awesome and knowledgeable, for sure a people person. We had a lot of questions and although the store was busy he answered each one with patience and kindness.
