I’ve never been anywhere in an airport where you can get a bottle of water for less than $2

This is a must visit store while at HIA - the items are treasured finds from throughout the state, that anyone who has lived in PA will recognize as being from PA. If you are looking for a gift for someone - there are no shortages of great options! And honestly, the pricing is as reasonable as you will find anywhere.

Typical pricey airport giftshop but I always stop here for some Wilbur buds when I travel because the older female cashier is always so friendly and personable.

The clerk was awesome and gift wrapped the items for giving.

I was the only customer in the store with two employees. Both completely ignored me even though I spent at least ten minutes checking out everything in the store.

This place is the best part of Harrisburg International airport! All the hand crafted items one could imagine. The prices are low for an airport. The service beyond hospitable. They treat vets great as well!

Neat shop with the mementoes and things that you need for your trip to PA. Skip the news place across the way and get your goodies here. They do have a sign that their bottled water is the cheapest in the airport at $1.50.

Every airport should be required to have a store like this. Perfectly Pennsylvania is all decked out in the local flair and flavors. Instead of corporate sodas, they sell birch beer and root beer that is made by smallish companies nearby. Instead of Lay's Potato Chips, they have Hartley's which are fried and flavored in nearby Lewistown. There are jams and jellies, baked good mixtures and candies all from around the area. The sports memorabilia is for local teams (Flyers, Penguins, Bears, Phillies, Pirates). There are Amish and Pennsylvania Dutch style quilts and crafts for sale. Sure all of these items are priced like most airports and tourist traps, gouging out the wazoo. But at least they are gouging local style instead of gouging the giant corporate behemoth game. Other airports...take note.

This is a cute little shop with a variety of foods and PA crafts. If you need to pick up something with a local bent, stop by. The dark chocolate pretzels (also available in milk chocolate) by Asher's are VERY tasty!
