Calling to set up a rental was extremely easy. The customer service was outstanding and friendly. The unit was clean and comes with a lock. I would recommend this facility.

First time using a storage unit. The person on the other end of the phone, explained things clearly and talked me through the process.
The pricing was very doable too.

Excellent!! The transaction was handled online, no person-to-person contact. This was a plus on my behalf because I live in Maryland and came to Elizabethtown PA to move my daughter out of the dorm. I placed her belonging in storage by entering a code in the gate. The lock and key to the unit were inside the unit. I have rented storage spaces in the past but this was the smoothest non-person transaction I ever experienced.
