First I scheduled an appointment with the Elizabethtown H\\u0026R Block. The next day, they call me and say they're booked until April sometime. So that's strike 1... their online scheduling isn't the same as their actual availability. Then I try this Middletown location. I again set up the scheduling and come in on time. The person I was supposed to see isn't even there and no one knows where he is. Strike 2... So they ask me to wait a bit, and I did. Then someone suggests I just drop off all of my papers and a person will do the taxes for me and they'll call me. I call back about 24 hours later to ask if it's done or not yet. A lady tells me that it'll take about 24 hours. Even though it's been that long, I said ok and waited until over two days later and just tried calling twice and no one answered. Hopefully they get this and know that I'll be coming by tomorrow morning and picking up my papers I left there if it's not done. I'm not even in that much of a rush or anything, but this location is so unorganized and no one seems to know what's going on. They're probably swamped with work and maybe short staffed, so that's understandable. Communication would have been nice though.

I don’t write bad reviews but I feel ppl need to know about how H&R employees treat there clients and about the guy who done my Taxes William Weaver in Middletown Pa he lied straight to my face and told me I was going to get my taxes and that the IRS wouldn’t be taken the 600.00 stimulus taxes but they did When I went to other H&R Block stores they where rude except the lady at the Harrisburg mall she was a sweetheart and very helpful I wish I knew her name I’d give her a great big thank you. So when you do your job don’t be lying to ppl about stuff you don’t know the answer to and don’t be rude to customers even if you’re not the one that helped them. I will never go back to H&R Block again or refer anyone as I did this year. Thank you for your time and concern in this matter.
