Driver constantly ignores delivery instructions, leaves packages at the end of my driveway (4 have been stolen), medications have been ruined sitting out in the sun, packages ruined by rain, and to top it all, today he/she left a package in the rain at the end of my NEIGHBORS driveway and recorded the delivery as being left on my front porch. Driver can’t read numbers on a mailbox, doesn’t follow delivery instructions and lies.

This company operating under FedEx is not one I’d recommend. They fail to follow instructions and never answer or return calls. I made two seperate trips for pickup to leave empty handed. This was after making arrangements.Each trip was 45 minutes one way.Why follow their tag instructions if they can’t follow it themselves? Terrible.

Literally at the the ground pick up location, I can’t pick up the package because it’s not between 8am-11am or 4pm-6pm they also don’t explain that over the phone I had to call several times to get someone who completely understood my problem I was having. I drove 40 miles here and another location and they will not allow me to get it. Otherwise I will lose my package. I am over the entire situation. If you order a phone or anything they have to deliver do your best to request UPS. Overall experience is stressful ?

We ordered an item that was coming from California. And was supposed to arrive in Pennsylvania. It was supposed to take no longer than a week or what did this idiot company? Do they completely lost it they didn’t know where God to they said how big is it? I said you then you must be brain dead because they didn’t even know what it was, so we decided to pay money good money we should never had to do this and have it shipped UPS and it actually showed up two days early. Now you see how bad this company is it can’t even ship anything correctly

Wishing I could give a 0. Package was supposed to be delivered 5 days ago. Still waiting on said package. I’ve called every day to get my package delivered and they always say it will be delivered by end of the day. I hope I never have to use FEDEX as a delivery service again.This is the second time in a month that this has happened to me.

Do you enjoy working with the scum of the earth? The epitome of toxic work environment. It's hard to believe so much trash can fit under one roof. Trash management, trash loaders, trash drivers. One of the worst places I've ever worked. work. Some of the nastiest, grossest, dirtiest people work here. You can find more intelligent life forms at a preschool and that's being kind.

The drivers here at FedEx do not ring your doorbell or knock. I have been waiting on a super important package and they left a sticky note on my door saying I was unreachable and then went back to their van. My delivery was on a Friday so now I have to wait another 3 days to get my package. Sounds like this driver just wanted to be done for the day and doesn't care. My Xfinity camera notified me there was somebody on my front porch but by the time I got to the door they were already in their van. Horrible delivery service. I think they steal the packages with the excuse there’s no one to receive. In what world are working people home during the day to receive packages? That’s the reason I ordered online, because I work during the day. FedEx needs to stop wasting real estate and time with their existence

Package wasn't delivered on expected day, claiming no one was home. Lies because I was waiting ALL DAY for the package AND my Home Depot package was delivered via FedEx that day.Next day I'm still waiting and I get a notification it was delivered. No knock. I check the porch and it's not there--it's a bike, so kind of hard to miss. See the photo "proof" of delivery--not my porch and no numbers visible, so somewhere in my apartment complex. My new expensive bike is MIA because it's FedEx.I eventually found it at a random apartment close to the parking lot and had to carry it back by myself (no hand truck). Didn't even attempt to deliver it to the same address!! I NEVER have this problem with UPS!

I know some who have worked at this location. Poor Drivers load own trucks but Do Not get paid to do it!!!!!!because Fed Ex doesn't hire anyone who knows how to load a truck! Drivers gets the shaft!.

Tracked my shipping apparently they steal packages I've had two of my devices stolen in a weeks span. They're horrible about getting back to anyone within a timely manner to address and handle. I would give 0 stars if I could and potentially considering filing a police report,
