Large store lots of goodies. Air conditioning was not working and the clerk that waited on me was super happy, friendly and kind even considering his circumstances.

The DOLLAR TREE in Middletown has definitely gone down hill.The prices are now Dollar General prices, & today they didn't even have air conditioning. It was hotter & stickier when you walked, then outside. Says a lot !!

The customer service at the Dollar Tree in Middletown PA is awful. I waited in line for more thank five minutes. They had only one register open with a line of four people and the first person in line that was being waited on was getting a bunch of balloons filled up. There were other workers in the store and yet no one else got on a register to help get the customers out.

The new SM at Smyrna’s location is doing a great job. Nothing on the floors, shelves are getting stocked again, and the management seem to be helping their customers and their staff! Good job! Keep up the good work

Place is filthy. Needs cleaned. Hope they can find a broom and vacuum cleaner. Pandemic is over. Time to hire proper management. Front door needs oiled. Sounds like you're entering a haunted house.

We came to the store today 5 minutes after opening. A few employees standing outside that maybe could have been vacuuming. Floors looked awful. Closing shift or opening shift somebody run the vacuum!

I've been in the store many many times, but I've never ever ever seen it as bad as what it is today. The shelves are 50 60 maybe 70% empty the selection that is there is very poor and floor in the place was just filthy! The cashier was still friendly!
