Best team in a long time! Staff are always friendly and willing to help. New store manager definitely turned this store around! Store is clean and items are easy to find. Pharmacy staff are always busy, however ready to help with any questions you may have.

When I picked up my prescription, and tried to give them my insurance card. It was completely ignored
Unfortunately, I was charged more than I should of been, but when I checked the insurance information it was incorrect
After calling and explaining that the information was incorrect, Afterwards , once I had explained their error, they had revised the original charged and made the correct amount
It could of been avoided if the clerk would of have taken my insurance information when I handed him my card

High school bullies work at this pharmacy. If you’re autistic/adhd and or struggle with communication, be wary because they will straight up act like a high school mean girl to you about it. Maybe you should hire pharmacy techs who aren’t mean girls.

I like this CVS pharmacy. My husband is on oxygen 24/7 and I have a walker. The CVS on Derry Street is so bad, I couldn't even get anyone on the phone to see if my prescription was ready. This pharmacy gets the prescriptions ready very fast. The one on Derry Street took three days. I drive through and pick it up. They are always helpful to my husband and I and very nice. I'm glad I switched to them.

The workers here are helpful, if you can find one and I don't mean someone in the pharmacy like a pharmacist or tech. An actual worker can be helpful. I visit here 2 times a month and its for little things that I don't feel like going to Costco, Walmart or Target for.If you order online and pickup here beware if you can't find anyone you will wait at least 10/20 minutes just standing there and then another 5 minutes until they actually pick and scan your order as picked up.If you need to use the pharmacy it's better to go into the drive thru they are decently fast depending on the time your script was sent in.

Been a customer for over 15 years, and I must say the new staff they have are horrible. Not pleased with the customer service. Call in to check if you're medicines, and they tell you that it's not there. Then you have to call back and then find out that it is there. Playing phone tag with these people. Then staff is rude when calling to check on your medication. Tried to report the staff to management & staff lies and says they never spoke with you. So unprofessional! This place has really gone downhill. They used to have a great staff. Now they just hire anyone that's rude to customers.

Needed to pick up pictures, no rep in site to check me out, I left...apparently they want everyone to use self checkout THATS WHY YOU HAVE A JOB, I WORKED ALL DAY ALREADY I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO DO YOURS TOO!

I purchased a Vanilla Visa gift card here for $170 as I was going to do some online shopping for summer. When I went to take the card out of the packaging, the 16 digit number as well as the 3 digit security card were completely scratched off the card.

Went to pharmacy and they were talking trash loudly about someone. I asked for a medicine that my dr said was OTC and the person at the counter was nasty and acted as if my questions were a burden about the medicines dosage when she told me it's a prescription only.

So today I had a very bad experience at CVS. Since there was no one at the counter, I looked for an associate for help. I found 2 of them and stated myself and another lady needed help at the counter. So one of the ladies asked if I was checking out and I stated yes, so she stated that I could use the self checkout, I stated I need help at the counter. Then she stated again I could use the self checkout, told the other lady to come up with her because she's not arguing with anyone, I then stated who are you arguing with, she kept talking being rude. The other lady checked me out. So just because I needed help and she didn't want to walk up to the front to help she felt the need to be rude. No ma'am not at all. Not once was I rude nor disrespectful to her. So Jody is not a very nice associate for CVS. Her attitude is very nasty. She didn't even know why I needed help at the counter and I we do not have to use the self checkout.
