I recently had an EXCEPTIONAL car buying experience at Budget Car Sales in Middletown, PA. Kristen, our saleswoman, was phenomenal and incredibly patient. She expertly guided me through the transition from a gas car to my first electric vehicle, thoroughly explaining all the features and ensuring I felt comfortable. Kristen, Matt, and their team made the entire process seamless, with all documents prepared and ready upon arrival. Their professionalism and friendly approach made me feel like family. Jonathan helped me and my husband purchase a used Mercedes Benz at a great price with good trade in offer on my old vehicle, the whole experience was easy and hassle free, we will definitely come back to look for any future vehicles here first- Highly recommend!

Got a great deal on a 2023 Tesla. Up-front pricing is wonderful. Kristen was honest and friendly. They were honest about my trade in which had accidents. They offered 4.5K for it and said I'd get a better deal of I sold it privately. They were right. I got 8.5K. Thanks! Would recommend and return. Even from Maryland!

I have nothing but amazing things to say about my experience at Budget Car Sales. My sales person was Greyson who was professional, polite, and non-pushing for the extras. From the time I arrived at the dealership until the time I walked out with my new car was less than two hours. Their lender was even able to beat my credit unions rate. I also traded in a truck which they gave over $3000 more than my highest estimates at other dealerships. I have already started recommending this dealership to friends and family and will definitely return here for my next purchase in the future.

My initial contact was with Greyson over the phone, but since I’m two hours away, and couldn’t get there till the next day he said to ask for Matt for my car appraisal. Upon arrival, Matt was super nice! Friendly and knowledgeable! The whole experience was less than 2 hours and left in my beautiful 23’ Ford Edge! Great car buying experience!!

Budget Car Sales has very competitive prices which led me to test drive a Tundra. I was very close to pulling the trigger and was beginning to fill out the paper work until my sales person Kristen pulled a very shady move. While I was very hesitant and ultimately decided to move forward on the truck, she randomly received a phone call and decided to answer it while I was present. The other person on the line (most likely a manager) was inquiring about the same truck I was purchasing and Kristen double checked with me that I was going to buy it, I said yes and she told them it was just sold. I’m not sure if this tactic works with other customers, however it actually insulted my intelligence and I decided to leave immediately. Any dealership that has to pressure their customers into signing by using unethical tactics will not have my business.

Purchased a tundra 2022 for a great price. Kristen was awesome throughout the process, she is very attentive and provides great customer service. I deducted a star because after I purchased the car, I learned from Toyota that there is an ACTIVE extended warranty and a Care plus plan that the previous owner had purchased from Toyota. I asked Kristen if they can put me in touch with the previous owner to see if he is willing to transfer the plans to me for a fee. She was supposed to ask the manager and let me know if it was something they would do. I don't see why not? It's part of helping me and the previous owner benefit from something that was already paid for. Overall, I would still recommend this place. Thank you guys for everything

Worst car dealer ever. I was lied to while purchasing a $37,000 car and asked them to make things right and the sales manager Matt just laughed at me. If I could give this dealer zero stars I would have. Do not buy from here unless you want ripped off

We just bought a Newish Toyota 4Runner from here. Great service and even better prices. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Everything went smooth and we even drove past 3 Mile island on our test drive.

Phenomenal! Absolutely a superior buying experience -- the BEST. In every perspective, from initial inquiry to delivery, this dealership represents how car buying SHOULD be! During the very first phone call, Greyson was thorough, polite and ultra-responsive -- without being overbearing (which is the norm at other dealers). He was super helpful & went the extra mile, sending me videos of the vehicle since I was purchasing from out-of-town. While he wasn't there the day we picked up our truck, Matt took the baton & ensured that everything went smoothly. Robin, in administration, keeps everything light making sure everyone had a smile and is on-top of her job. She also was quick to answer a question regarding the title after we picked up our vehicle. Laid back, pressure-less, professional, knowledgable and absolutely competitive pricing. We traveled almost 4 hours to the dealership, but we would've traveled 40! This will not be our last purchase from Budget and in fact, we look forward to buying from them again. Awesome team.
