First of all your custom service person was extraordinary, very professional and knew his job very well, was willing to go over and beyond to help us. He was so pleasant and nice. I would highly recommend my family, friends and others to Budget rentals. Keep up the good work because customer service is the face of those businesses and Budget rentals customer service was really great and accommodating.

The whole process took way too long and we are fast break members and the fact they had to input all our information which took 20 min. Upon returning the vehicle no attendant was at the kiosk so we had to go to the rental desk just to return it. Not a pleasant experience at all.

Good experience renting here and i got the all electric mustang was a fun experience but to those out there that are familiar with electric cars and technology dont rent...also would be a good thing for a physical map with current pricing for charging stations nut thats on the renter of car to know or find out...good luck

This was a good rental experience of a new model, low mileage clean Tesla 3. My only complaint is that upon pickup the vehicle had just 47% battery charge.

Seamless process from online rental to pickup to return. I rented a mini van, hoping to get a Toyota Sienna (you can't specify the vehicle on the website, only request "Minivan"). The morning of the rental I called early and asked the agent if I could get a Sienna. He stated that they didn't have many in the area, but he'd try to find me one. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle, there was a Sienna waiting for me. I appreciate this level of service!

We rented a Toyota minivan from Harrisburg international airport in Pennsylvania. The pickup and drop off procedures were extremely easy and streamlined. The vehicle was an excellent condition. We will received numerous confirmation emails leaving up to the rental which were helpful. Our entire experience with budget has been very positive and we would rent from them again.

Only 2 cars to choose from at pick up. A Camero that was too small for our needs or a slightly wrecked Kia. Then told my 56 year old wife couldnt drive the car or we would be fined... then told there was a $9.95 fee EACH time we went through a toll booth PLUS the toll in an area that has toll roads everywhere. 1 trip downtown cost almost $40 in fees plus tolls. I'm sure they all do it but I am sick of the got ya fees on every travel requirement.

I had a good experience with Budget. Originally, the person at the counter thought they only had a limited amount of available trucks/Teslas. But he looked again for me and found a mid-sized car, which was perfect.

Contract seemed like we had one hour buffer for return. Was charged a full day. No one at counter cared and refused to give me corporate number. Went from a 5 star to never using them again.

Booked a standard vehicle and received a free upgrade for this beast. Great price, good employees, quick vehicle pick up and drop off. Great experience for me. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

I waited over an hour to get my vehicle. The agent at the counter after we waited so long. Leaves abruptly because there was a dog 25 feet away. He finally came up with a solution by having us go to the Avis counter. Finally was able to sign n get the keys. Not to mention the young lady at the Avis counter was rude and kept rolling her eyes. Then 1 day into having the rental. The service oil indicator came on. I had my husband call and make sure we were ok to keep going on our trip. The same guy answered and got upset with my husband for asking about the oil indicator. He hung up on my husband. Then this morning bringing the suv back. The guy that checked me in. Was rude. No good morning. No your welcome when I said thank you. Was really dry. He was not like that with the caucasian man that was before me. Unbelievable experience with budget. I think we will take our money elsewhere since we aren't appreciated. I am one of the kindest, most patient individuals but this had me frustrated.

Worst rental experience ever. Paid well in advance for a 12 passenger van, pick up at noon. Got to the rental location at 1, they were CLOSED. I wasn’t informed that they closed at noon. A prepaid rental and they never called to advise me they would be closing.Needed the van to pick up family, including an infant and 3 small children at a distant airport.Customer service was NO HELP, even supervisor was unwilling to help and just transferred me to a retail location without knowing what they had for inventory even when I asked him not to.Ended up paying MORE THAN DOUBLE. (Original rental cost $633, has to pay an ADDITIONAL $693 at pick up).NEVER AGAIN

I had one way rental from Harrisburg to JFK Airport.They gave me a Dodge SUV even though my booking mentioned KIA. I would not have mind of the car ran properly.The car had issue accelerating, and pedal was tight, tiring me on my 4 hour journey to JFK. Additionally the dashboard showed the message that oil change was overdue.I believe as a customer paying full price, should get the well maintained vehicle.

Did a one way rental. Pick was at mdt and a little difficult to find. Friendly, thorough and quick staff. Got a bigger vehicle than told. Staff walked vehicle with me before driving off and notated dings / scratches.Syr drop off was painless. Just drop n go.

So after several really bad experiences with Budget, finally calling it quits with them. Such a difference between them and Enterprise, who are really worth the extra money. The final negative experience is when I was denied a rental car at 11 PM at night despite having made a reservation a month ago as well as other reservations with Budget because a joint rental car between my father and I was not returned yet (as he still needed to complete his additional travel plans). With Budget, you can not have two rental cars out at the same time despite having made reservations AND THEY WILL NOT TELL US THIS UNTIL YOU SHOW UP AT THE COUNTER. We have computers and databases now a days, etc. so keep your policy but make the customers aware of them before they show up at the counter depending on getting a rental car that they made reservations for, etc. I will avoid Budget at all costs now and I hope this review helps others make better choices as well.
