Loved it. I picked up our new puppy ?. I only waited 10 to 15 minutes. We had her flown in from Rocky Top Hearts in Clinton Missouri. Fabulous breader. Connie is a ?. Charly is our 2nd puppy flown in from Rocky Top Hearts. Ranger was our 1st. Fantastic experience with this service.

Staff is always friendly and eager to help, whether shipping out or picking up packages. In my opinion one of the better airlines to use at MDT for shipping cargo.

My husband visits daily to ship puppies. The staff is WONDERFUL he says.
