Some Chinese cashier was extra rude. Didn’t put my stuff in a bag. DIDNT ASK IF I NEEDED A BAG put my receipt on my chips like I was disgusting. She needs to be fired or work in the back out of sight. Horrible.

Despite her working there for a long period of time and encountering her on multiple occasions, the night shift lady is very rude to customers. This is ultimately quite selfish of the managers to allow this kind of behavior continue, towards others. Eventually business will die out and word will spread to avoid this location during third shift. If management was smart they would do something about this inconvenience and start recognizing their employees actions and change it!

They never have onions for hot dogs ever ! I ask their offerings are incomplete to the point that i have to drive to the next towns 711 to get what i want .

We stopped here to ise restroom and get some snacks. Restroom was clean and 7-eleven was okay. A good stop to stretch your legs and rest a little bit before you head to the highway.

The Asian lady that works nights is so rude for no reason. She doesn’t know how to talk to people and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. The store has a super small section and I won’t be back. Don’t waste your time. Keep driving until the next gas station.

Rude employee said she would make the “b*tch” wait to be cashed out because the employees were outside smoking. I paid cash to avoid further confrontation and was overcharged (tbh, I doubt she actually rung it up, but I didn’t stick around to find out). There were no other customers and no reason to be antagonistic. There seems to be a trend with this same lady in other Google reviews and her coworker advised that she often speaks to customers in this manner. Please don’t go to this plaza. The whole place appears run down, and it’s not worth the hassle or safety concerns if you’re traveling.
