I don't ever do reviews but I feel like this one really needs to be done. So I bought this car and I was so happy and excited because they helped me out so much to get the process going. And I was very thankful for that because without a car I can't get to work I don't have anybody to rely on. Anyways the first time I ever got gas in this vehicle it had a hard time starting how to crank it over about three times and hit the gas pedal and give it throttle for it to start going. Immediately I contacted them and I told them my problem. They told me that they think they might know what it is and they'll order the part for me but right now they don't have a mechanic so when they get one in they will get me in the shop. It's been over 6 months now and every time I get gas it's getting harder and harder to start today it finally didn't start I had to tow it to my place and they still haven't got in contact with me and I have no car now. So my honest review I'm sure they can be a good shop they can help you get a car but I think once they got their money they don't care anymore that's my honest review.

If I could rate Len Krautheim Auto Sales a zero out of 5 stars I would. From the two times that I have taken my vehicle to this garage they have both been horrible experiences with not only the work done, but by the owner himself Len Sr. He is rude, incompetent in the way the that he “fixes” his customer’s vehicles is horrible. He treats his customers with such disrespect, as a 19 year old female I was trying to describe to him the issues that I was having with my vehicle to the best of my ability, but I didn’t say the correct vehicle names of each part, where he belittled me and then yelled at me via phone call. Then the previous experience that I had with him he proceeded to talk poorly about my stepdad and say things like he wasn’t a real man, he isn’t a trusted person, along with other things in front of me without my stepdad present. He overall halfasses his job but demands full payment. I had taken my vehicle there for an inspection for an R title. He “repaired” a few things as well, he didn’t put on the wheel well liner which upon agreement with the owner of the vehicle was fine with. He said if we ever had problems with it to come back. We had paid so much the first time around for the vehicle to be properly serviced. We went back for him to look at codes that were coming on and off that were associated with my brakes. I wanted to know if the brakes were safe to drive with. He called me with questions, not only about the brakes, but about the wheel well liner demanding that it goes on or he would unlawfully withhold my vehicle because he claimed that it was part of the inspection that had already been completed and had already had a sticker put on the vehicle. He then intentionally went through my car to find and get the wheel well liner after I specifically told him not to, at the risk of being charged for it. Which was never made clear throughout the entire interaction with him. After he made it clear that he would be unlawfully withholding my vehicle, we contacted local authorities. We tired reaching out to him 3 times to let him know that the police would be getting involved, where I had the phone being hung up on me each time by Len himself. We tried getting ahold of him several times but you can’t reason with someone who is avoiding the situation. He essentially did extra work on my vehicle and without my permission. He rummaged through my ENTIRE car. Everything was moved around, including belongings in my glove box, backseat, trunk, and my drivers side storage area. He overall dismissed my brakes issue saying “codes come on and off for many reasons. it’s probably a malfunction in the brakes but that’s nothing to worry about.” In my personal opinion no business owner should treat a CUSTOMER with such disrespect. If you have the power to determine whether a vehicle is safe enough and allow them to be put out in the roads do your job properly. I recommend literally any other garage. Worst experience!

I purchased my car from this location a little over a year ago now, this was the first car that I had purchased at a dealer and was nervous, but the owner treated me great. Got me a great deal on my car, told me he had JUST DONE a full workup on the car and that it should be in great shape. Test drove it, drove fine. I now know why I got such a great deal on it. I got my car, and less than 24 hours later began to experience multiple issues. My car began to leak from the interior during the rain. I called, a different guy besides the owner answered, and he sounded absolutely unbothered and annoyed by my phone call. "I guess you can bring it in and we can take a look at it" were his exact words. That problem got solved thanks to the guy in the garage. I would like to add before I continue that this car did come with a warranty from the dealership. About 2 hours later I had been running some errands and was on my way home. I got a notification that my cars engine was dangerously close to overheating and to pull over. I'm not stranded, over 20 minutes drive from home. I once again call the dealership and the same guy answers my call, again. Once again, completely unbothered and annoyed. I told him what was going on, and I asked him what could be done to help me. The words out of his mouth made me so furious I won't lie, I flew off the handle with him. "Well, we don't know what you've done with the car in this period, and if you caused this we can't do anything with it." I was furious. He offered no solution, didn't offer to call a tow to take it to the garage to get it checked, offered nothing. When I asked him about my warranty he continued to reiterate that "We don't know what you've done to the car in this period." I had driven this car a total of 3 times at this point, and had no accidents, didn't even so much as hit a pothole a little too hard. This reviews getting to be long, but needless to say I took it to a ford garage and got it checked out while some recalls were getting taken care of, and multiple issues were identified. I will never be going back to this place. Terrible service, terrible employees, flakes on their words.

Nothing like driving down a major highway and the vehicle we bought shut off while driving. We almost got smashed by tractor trailers on several occasions. Last I checked we had 30 day warranty on the vehicle and on day number 4 we called for the 2nd time about a check engine light and was told “If car dealers fixed every check engine light they wouldn’t have a business.” If anyone in my family gets hurt in this car I’ll be sure they won’t have a business.

I bought several vehicles here. But the one I got bout a year ago. Sales man agreed to fix issues. Which he did. Jus went back last week and had something fixed but when i went to pay an pick up my vehicle I had an issue with new sales guy. I left in tears. My sister wants to buy a car soon but i dont think i will take her here.
