I received a call back from Megan (in less than 3 hrs) who left a message on my voice mail (we were playing phone tag). Megan is so kind and caring, she loves her job, you can hear it in her voice. She said she'd email my receipt and gave me a code for the $14 dollar wash. This is my favorite car wash in the area. Thank you for taking care of me. :) Thank you Megan!!

I just purchased the premium package which is supposed to do the undercarriage and wheels. It did neither, so I'm not getting my money's worth, which ticks me off. Also, the machine didn't print out a ticket. Somebody will be getting a phone call from me.”
