Not long ago, they replaced the axles and CV joints in our Subaru. Those components are already Making nasty noises again. I went to the shop and asked if the parts are covered by warranty. I was told that they likely are, but that Smith's Garage disposed of our receipt and maintenance records. They won't stand behind the work, so we are out of luck! We paid $1,000 for this work. Just checked at another shop and it will cost under $350 to get it done there. ALSO, on my Honda, I was having a problem with my Tire Pressure Monitoring System and asked that they fix it. I got my car back and it was not fixed, but I was charged for the repair. I raised the issue but was never refunded the money. I am done with this shop! They do not stand behind their work.

I have been going here for about 7 years, after several bad experiences with larger chain garages (Jack Williams - cough cough). Stan and his team are just the best! They do amazing work, and charge fair prices. You know that you aren't going to get ripped off going here, and I never need to be concerned that they will try to upsell products or parts.
