“Had a laser cut new style car key cut. Bring your own blanks and they may be able to cut it and program it. $20 to cut only, additional $50 to program. Call ahead to find out if they can. Way cheaper than the stealership.”
“I was having difficulty purchasing my EGO mower & string trimmer online using the Ace app so I just headed down to the nearest one that had the one I wanted in stock. The fellas tending the store were quick to ask if I needed any assistance upon walking in. I purchased an aluminum deck EGO mower & Line IQ string trimmer. The gentlemen were quick to gather products & help me load them up in my Crosstrek after paying. Bell Ace is closer but didnt have the aluminum deck mower in stock. Paul's Hardware/Garden Center was pretty straightforward considering I came knowing exactly what I wanted but I would not hesitate to return here if needed.”

“Good hardware store for garden anf farm supplies like small stone and mulch. Split rail fence is a good price. Also sells wood pellets and stores them for you, which is cool. The country boy brand is the best wood pellet brand I have tried, and they carry it. Nice people, too.”
“I snuck in near the closing time of the store. I was welcomed quickly and shown where the items I was looking for could be found. I noticed the store manager jumping on a register while trying to get everyone through the checkout lines. All in all, a great experience and I will definitely go again for other hardware needs in the future.”
“I placed an order around 5 PM for a respirator. I got a message that it wouldn’t be available until The next day for a curbside pick up. I called the store and they immediately filled the order. It was a small order just for a respirator, but I needed it for the morning shift so I don’t get sick from all the toxins. I breathe in very happy with the experience.”
“They have limited inventory so it's kind of hit or miss. Still, when you're in a pinch it's nice to have a hardware store in downtown Kutztown. Thankful they're there.Also: I've seen some commenters mention employee rudeness. That's hit or miss too. Some of the employees are quite kind while others barely say a word or just stare at you. It's kind of weird but I wouldn't take it too personally. Happy to have a hardware store on Main Street.”
“Conveniently located, knowledgeably helpful staff, they carry a little bit of everything you need for each season. If they do not have it in stock, they can order it online and have it shipped to the store or your home within a couple of days/same week. Gorgeous options for kitchen and bath design. Great landscaping options. Overall, would rather shop here than any big name box store any day!”
