“Two weeks ago my Kings Charles Cavalier's health declined seriously in the middle of the night. He had been suffering from from neuropathy in his back legs and he now had a temperature and was yelping in pain. From the moment we walked in to VEG on Walnut Street, Philadelphia, Dr. Megan and her team of nurses treated us with such love and were so comforting. She listened and gave me the options for moving forward. Finnegan was at the end and we decided to put him to sleep. It was a heart wrenching decision and my sweetie died in my arms. They also arranged a cremation package - ashes, footprint and hair lock - that arrived a few days later. To have such wonderful people with you when you make end of life decisions for your pet is so heart warming. Thank you all so much for your kindness and understanding. With gratitude. Renee Jones”
“The scheduling and check-in process was easy and stress-free. The staff was super helpful and very nice. The pricing was affordable, and my two puppies are healing great from their neuter, microchips, and shots! They sent home pain meds for them as well as thorough discharge paperwork. This clinic is one hour from where I live, but between the reviews and the price, it was worth it! Highly recommend”

“We were extremely nervous, as our cat was ill for several days and vomiting. Other vets would not give me a fairly reasonable or quick appt. The staff scheduled us as a new patient immediately with kindness and empathy. During the visit, the doctor and staff were extremely attentive, concerned, caring and knowledgeable. They were gentle and patient, as our cat Dixon was extremely fearful. We left feeling that they truly care and that Dixon received thorough and excellent care. We are confident that they gave him the best treatment and highly recommend World of Animals to anyone who truly wants the best love and care. “Had a wonderful experience. After going to another vet first, they tried to tell me surgery was the only option for my dogs ear/hematoma. I contacted Hamilton animal hospital and they gave me alternative options, which were less invasive and way more affordable. Dr. Erica was incredible. She cleaned her ears, drained the hematoma and gave her a steroid to help the healing process. The nurse, Rodney who helped keep my puppers at ease and calm through the entire procedure, was amazing! The entire office is so wonderful with animals, which sounds like a given but not all places are. They were quick and thorough, patient and kind. And my dog is now on her way to having relief from the pain. I highly recommend this business.”
“It took me a little while to write this because I'm still grieving my beautiful and wonderful baby kitty. I took her to another vet who had zero compassion and my friend recommended The Cat Hospital of Media. Dr. Yolanda Revilla is so wonderful, informative and compassionate. I had to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life and Dr. Revilla and the staff were all so terrific. I really want to thank them for truly caring and loving my precious girl. Dr. Revilla sent me a card and today I opened the mail to receive a beautiful watercolor painting from the hospital in honor of my little girl. Thank you all so much. “My dogs have been patients here for almost a decade. Nothing but good things to say. A lot of improvements and changes when the practice was handed off to the next generation (I believe our original Vets daughter took it over though not sure how many partners there are so I may be missing some details). They are always great at calling to remind about next years appointment. They also are great at offering those Vet extras without being to pushy”

“Dr Nelson is the only vet we would take our dog Sugar to. We started seeing her at her previous practice in Rittenhouse Sq, before she moved to Fort Washington Veterinarian Hospital, and while all the staff are great at FWVH, we will follow Dr Nelson wherever she goes (we might even move states if she did, jk lol) We had Sugar for 9 years and Dr Nelson started seeing her from the beginning. She advised us through an eaten sock, a groundhog scratch, yearly check ups, arthritis, and cancer. Dr. Nelson was there every step of the way to offer guidance, advice, and even communicated with the Metro Vet for the various surgeries performed. Unfortunately, when we made the decision to end Sugar's suffering and say goodbye, Dr Nelson helped us with that difficult decision and was understanding and empathetic. We will always appreciate everything Dr. Nelson did for our family and when we get our next pup, we will be sure to continue to see her.”

“My regular veneration closed permanently and I needed a med refill for my older cat. The doctor at Bywood squeezed us in for a quick evaluation so he could go over his records and assume authorization on refills. That's compassion. Everyone at the desk is super nice and my only surprise was when I saw the bill and how reasonable the total was. I did some growling under my breath over the years at other vet bills. Bywood is a great find!”
“I don't take my dogs to see Dr. Niggemeier often; it's always because they have an orthopedic problem. Every time I do need to go to the clinic, I am very grateful for the kind and knowledgeable care they receive. I don't know how much longer visits in the parking lot are going to go on (they are slightly disconcerting) but I understand the need for precaution these days and if my dogs have to keep being seen in the parking lot, it's worth it to see the doc and staff here.”
“I love this place! I highly recommend. So great with your fur babies and owners. They take the time to talk to you and fill you in on everything that is going on with your fur baby. They are very honest. They don’t rush they are all so great. You can tell that they genuinely care about the animals that come in their vet office. I never had a bad experience there. “When I was a kid, I grew up in farm country - the idea that we would take our dog to get physical therapy would have gotten me laughed out of the state. But it exists, and if your furry family member needs it, this is the place to go. Definitely a Total Wellness center - our dog's life is going to be so much improved after using WAG. I'm kind of oversimplifying it, but they are really knowledgeable about all aspects of what your pet needs, from the aforementioned physical therapy to proper medications or surgery, to both home treatments and in gym exercises. And they are very aware and glad to discuss the costs which is wonderful in Any medical situation. A top-notch staff and facility- highly recommend it!”
