I used Chris's tags and title before, we had some understandable issues with insurance before getting proof of me as a driver on the policy. My insurance was able to fax over a binder which had been accepted before. Just the other day I went there after work, I did not try go get there 45 minutes before they closed, but just so happened to be the only time I could get there due to work. After the lady behind the counter told me to wait for 10 minutes, we started to process of getting the car to my name. It came time to give proof of insurance and to no shock we ran into the same issue. I assured the lady I could get ahold of my insurance and we could get it resolved. She then proceeded to tell me to hurry up because I have 30 minutes. Slightly bothered I continued through with the phone call. My insurance ended up running into technical difficulties emailing things over. The lady behind the counter proceeded to get an attitude with the rep on my phone. She finally got the binder emailed over to them, and she kept saying she cant take it. Mind you, they took it before. After a few more minutes she brought up it was past 5:30, feeling bad I finally ended up hanging up the phone and saying I will just do it another day. And asked her what I owed her for what we got done so far. She irritatedly said nothing... I said okay sorry for wasting your time and then walked out. Next day I went to notary services in greencastle and was in and out in 15 minutes. Super nice people there as well. Little bit more expensive but well work it.
