“I'm a kate spade new york fan and was tickled to see that Grove City outlet has a store! It's a cute boutique store that has a variety of different purses and some other accessories like scarves, but the primary focus was on the purses. I loved how everything was arranged because it was very easy to see the styles, colors, and availability without having to dig through merchandise. Everything also was spread out enough to allow me to easily look around without being in a logjam or preventing someone else from looking around. The staff were great! They were attentive without being overbearing. There's another purse store in the Outlets where I feel like the employees stalk me throughout the space, but I didn't get that here. I also liked how there was no pressure selling. When I paused to look at a purse either I was able to do so without any comments or they'd talk about the style, the use, and any feature I may have missed. When I opted for a purse they kindly rang my purchase. It was a very easy shopping experience!”

“Even though it was a half hour before they closed the staff was very friendly. The first time we went to Chico's. They lady asked what kind of event we were shopping for. My mom told her a funeral for her husband. The lady shared her condolences and helped my mom pick out a very pretty outfit. Thank you for your kindness. It was really appreciated.”

“I went to the outlet mall for J Crew but came away a huge fan of Banana Republic instead. The quality of the clothing is of a much higher quality at Banana Republic, as well as the selection of clothing, organization of the store, and even the professionalism of the employees. I have also since ordered online for pickup. Great store, will be back.”
“The theater has changed to self service for tickets, which is not as pleasant as talking to people, but it's the way of the world. The theater was comfortable and clean. Ticket prices are a tad high, but concessions have stayed the same (still high, but you definetly get a lot of product). The popcorn is amazing.”

“I recently visited this store to peruse the sale racks & pick up some long-sleeved t's. The employees in the store are always extremely friendly & helpful but the selection was very sparse. Usually the store is fully stocked but not my recent visit. I was told the items I was looking for never arrived for fall & they don't know when they will be coming in. Consider calling before your next visit to be sure they are offering what is in your list!”
“It'll keep you busy trying to get to see everything, exercise, plenty of that. Plenty of good food from various restaurants and stands. The family enjoys going there and was impressed with the prices.”

“Hot Topic is one of the best stores for any type of fan. They have merchandise for music fans, anime fans, movie fans, etc. They have jewelry, clothes, purses, stickers, snacks, etc. Everyone that works there has been so nice and helpful. I always make sure I stop here to see what's new.”
