“Called first to see if they had some harder to find (35 Remington) ammo. Person who answered the phone was quick to confirmed they had stock. Made my way to the store and was a little leery at first because it’s hidden away on a country road and has a non-traditional exterior.What a find! This place is a hidden gem. Clean, well lit, great stock and a friendly and attentive staff. I’m heading back shortly to pick us a gun I saw while buying my ammo. Will definitely be back.”

“Columbia, Grove City Outlet, PA has an amazing group of folks working for them.I meant to post sooner of employees who went "above and beyond" in an era where this is almost extinct.I bought a pair of gloves and was unaware that these were tagged LARGE but SMALL gloves were attached to card.I drove back to store another day to exchange for a large pair.After the exchange, a couple days later, I attempted to wear during a cold spell only to find that the left glove's index and middle fingers had holes on each side where the sewing was "off".I called before making the long drive back to make sure they still had these gloves which was approx a week after I exchanged them.They no longer carried these in LARGE.While most places would be "I'm sorry. You can return them.", the employee actually called another store to see, if they had a pair ( they did ) and got manager approval to ship to their store for me to pick up.Upon this pickup, they apologized and provided an extra % off of other merchandise.Overall .. I love Columbia and their clothing because it lasts forever.Though I had to make a couple out of the way trips, staff made certain it was a great experience each time which I want to Thank them. Customer service is great at this location and really always has been.Thanks again.”

“I have a hard time finding clothes that fit my kid, but it was a relief to be able to walk in and find not one but 4 pairs of shorts for him at the same place. I appreciated the sale that was going on as well. The employee behind the counter was very nice, greeted us as we walked in, and made small talk as we were leaving. I know from experience working in retail is not always the easiest thing to do, so I appreciated the effort he put forth.”

“We looked in about 5 stores for a pair of running shoes for our 9 year old daughter and the stores had close to nothing. She found a pair of shoes she loved the second she walked in the door of Puma. They were more than we wanted to spend but they are great quality and perfect for what she needs them for.”

“They usually have pretty good sales. They also offer a AAA discount. Last time I got two pairs of shoes for less than $60. <They have moved a little farther down in the same building.> I like all of Grove City Outlets, it makes a great place to window shop, and your not always in the air conditioning with the outdoor setting. A nice place just to spend time and enjoy the day...”

“If I could rate this store a 10 out of 5, I would! The staff is phenomenal, greets with a smile and are very helpful. Not only does all of the staff go above and beyond but their managers Erin and Emily are the sweetest, most helpful and patient people I know! Long story short, my parka I had, accidentally got damaged right before leaving to go outside of the country and last minute Erin was able to hold parkas to ensure that I had a warm parka for my trip and to wear once I got back. I’ve never experienced such great customer service, help and kindness from any retail store before. They def deserve another promotion/raise for giving the best customer service and they made sure that everything fit perfect and that I was happy and content. They’re the best! I’ll def be going back and will continue to recommend their store solely because of their exceptional service and quality.”
