“Convenient secure location. Somewhat pretty clean facility. Would be nice if they had a dumpster for people's garbage so they're not throwing it wherever is convenient for them. Also would be nice if people would keep the climate controlled door shut so Little critters don't be coming up and making homes in people's belongings... ?️”

“Be sure to wrap anything you put in the unit in plastic, etc. I stored a sofa in a unit over the summer and it got super moldy due to the moisture. I'd imagine it would be better to store stuff over the less humid months.”
“This is an outstanding business! I don't think I've ever been treated so well by a company of any kind. Mark and Michael are friendly, personable, down-to-earth, nice guys. It's a local family-run business. They are responsive to our needs, reasonable, fair, and accommodating. We have been in the midst of moving in from out of state, with logistical twists and turns. They have been very understanding of our situation, and have helped us greatly throughout the transition. What we've also appreciated is that they have been very flexible as our needs changed. The storage units are in excellent condition. The whole facility is well maintained and accessible. In spite of much higher than normal rainfall, it's all high and dry. We have felt very comfortable having all our personal belongings and furniture here for several months, even though we were seven hours away. We like the fact that there's a nice well-equipped office on site that's staffed throughout the business day. And they're easily available by phone during non-business hours. There's secure fencing surrounding the place, and you're given an access code to enter the front gate 24/7. Also, many security cameras. We just can't say enough good things about Wilmington Mini-Storage.”

“I like these units as they are insulated. Not all storage units are insulated. The ones that arent sweat and drip moisture on your stuff. Pretty soon its moldy. If you value your stuff get a storage unit that is insulated.”
