My experience with Bruno’s was wonderful. My fiancé and I were looking for a custom engagement ring and Bruno’s delivered the ring of my dreams. Larry was extremely professional to work with and he spent the time to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I plan on being a repeat customer for our wedding bands. If you are looking for a wonderful place to find that special ring, Bruno’s is where it is at!

We went there on Sunday to look for an engagement ring. The folks at L.P. Bruno were kind and friendly, sharing the history of their beautiful space (historic with views of the waterfall and old iron forge), and their extensive knowledge of rings and settings. They are going to source a unique stone for us. We are beyond grateful and excited. Very happy we saw their billboard and decided to stop by.

Creepy old lady that works at the store filming us while we were exploring the waterfall. Also they broke my friend's engagement ring while cleaning it years ago. Do yourself a favor and take your business elaeware.

Everything about this store is amazing! The owners/employees are super helpful and very nice, and the view is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! And when people say the owners/employees were "rude" to them 'just for walking around', or 'just for walking around the falls', or whatever it is they were doing without asking permission... Before judging the owners/employees of Bruno's, ask yourself this question: (not even thinking about the high cost of insurance, and the suing epidemic sweeping our country...) How 'kind' would you be if you constantly had people walking around, having picnics, taking pictures, or whatever in your backyard - - without them asking permission? Just putting that out there for consideration.

Interesting Jewelers on a lovely waterfall. The selections are unusual, including jewelry crafted from the iron left at the furnace that was once located here.

Very rude management concerning the waterfall. We were not beyond there signage, yet they impolitely asked us to move. We were going to stop in after, but because of this experience, we would never go to this store.

I have always had GREAT service at Bruno's. He did a specific ring for me that has received SO MANY compliments. It is a beautiful store in a beautiful setting. I have no complaints whatsoever!
