If only I could give 0 stars. Nobody at the counter. So, I wait. Bored with waiting, I left. Then as I was walking out, someone says they can help me. Only after I started to walk out. I called and spoke to the branch manager whose tone of voice suggested she was doing me a favor. I can't complain about the customer service because I didn't get any. I then drove to the Springfield branch. There were 2 people at the counter and a greeter at the line. Thank you. As for the Media branch, if it isn't going to serve their customers, they should just shut it down. I'm sure the staff won't care.

This year was my final year being a Wells Fargo customer and some of the in person service is why. Years ago, tellers would have no problem with greeting and helping customers. Recently, as I entered this Well Fargo, one of the tellers conveniently left the desk to talk to another coworker across the lobby floor, abandoning the other teller who was very sweet and patient while helping another customer. I was waiting for a while but wouldn't have waited as long if the other teller who abandoned her coworker actually greeted customers. After I received help after waiting a while, the service was good. It's just a bad experience for customers when they are treated like they shouldn't be there.

I very rarely do reviews. I just wanted to share my experience with Ebony, branch manager. I went in to close a loved ones account. It’s been a long time coming and I was reluctant for a few years. She didn’t just do the generic “im sorry for your loss” she asked me about the deceased, she asked about my family and actually engaged in conversation; she was absolutely so welcoming and empathetic all while making phone calls to get this process done for me. She made such a stressful task so easy for me and I can see why she is the manager. Wonderful personality. Thank you Ebony. The entire staff was lovely! I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The employees here are absolute pros! First time in this branch, and had to open an estate account, and my emotional support dog was with me. They gave him a couple treats and sat patiently while I finished up business.My online account just didn't want to open (something about my previous online account). Regardless, without an ounce of frustration in their voices, they assisted me with the account and gladly wrapped everything up with a smile on their faces the entire time.There are closer branches, but I'll be driving to this one from here on out. Keep up the great work guys!

I stopped in today to open an account, and I had the simple request of using the restroom first, since they said opening an account takes about 40 minutes. They told me I would have to leave to use the restroom then come back because they don’t have a public restroom. I left and went to Bank of America down the street. As soon as I said “I’d like to open an account, but I have to use the restroom first,” Janet, without hesitation, walked me kindly to the staff restroom. I knew Bank of America then was the bank that deserved my business, and I opened an account there.

I've been a customer for only about two years and I am absolutely thrilled at the great service I get from this bank. The staff at this Media branch on Orange & Baltimore are splendid. Each one I've dealt with have been competent, honest, and sharp professionals that treat me as a Million Dollar depositor although I'm quite far from it. From my inane questions about my accounts to helping after a recent mugging and theft to financial counseling...I feel more informed, valued as a neighbor and customer and optimistic about a brighter financial future. My Dad was right! Thank you Murica and the other fine ladies and gentlemen of this branch and working the 24/7 call lines. I'm more than satisfied.

The attitude in this place is unreal me and my fiancé were going to open up a account with them I am so happy we made that choice not to I work in retail and no a lot about costumer service and this sure was not what I was expecting
