Susan, the cashier, has the worst attitude—cold, rude, and clearly doesn’t want to be there. On top of that, the gas pump line was a tangled mess. I had to fix it myself just to pump gas. It shouldn’t be this hard to do something that basic. Get it together.

Terrible management in this place, you go in and you hear managers gossiping about the workers! Also the general manager is just genuinely a terrible person from what I’ve heard. If I could give it less than a 1 star I would for sure

I had a great experience during my visit! I especially want to highlight an employee named Wesam he was extremely helpful, professional, and went above and beyond to assist me. Wesam truly made a difference and deserves recognition for his excellent service!

Terrible buffalo chicken club. Sandwich had no chicken salad and they forgot the lettuce. Staff to busy talking!!

Media Wawa is an excellent representation of the Wawa brand. Clean and well stocked with friendly employees. As a convenience store, these are unmatched.

I was just at this location and ordered a salad from the deli. The skinny girl with brown hair was behind the counter. What a horrible worker. Slow and totally incapable of doing her job in an efficient manner. Especially for people who expect quick service and in a rush. She was so slow I waited 11 minutes and couldn’t wait no longer and had to get a refund. If she’s that incompetent she should go work at McDonald’s where they get paid to be slow and stop bringing the reputation of this wawa down the drain. Do better wawa and hire more efficient workers.

Picked up a chicken noodle soup at 4am after an 12hour shift. Got home and there was literally 6 little pieces of noodles and all soup.

Went to wawa got my first recharger beverage I was very disappointed how much ice was put in my 24oz cup , all ice no juice I basically paid almost $6 for a cup of ice it’s such a ripoff I won’t be getting that anymore

I’m in here like every day for refills. The men and women that work at this wawa are not only some of the hardest working people I’ve come across, they are ALL nice. From the morning crew to the late night folks doing restock. I usually interact with the women either behind the register or the food counter and they treat you like you’re eating at their house or they’re looking out for you. I moved back to delco after 15 years in the city and well, it’s good to be back at a local wawa that takes pride in being an example to the county and city. The store is always clean, orders are always quick, food and drink always stocked. I’ve never reviewed a wawa before in my life but these folks actually make going to wawa an enjoyable experience where you feel you matter.

Not as many prepackaged snacks as other Wawa

Would be zero if I had that option. Took 21 minutes to make a sandwich. There was not a line besides about four people.
Multiple employees working there but not competent to make sandwiches. Unbelievable, spend your money and time elsewhere as this was unacceptable for a slow afternoon. Waste of money.
