Manager Danny wouldn’t allow me to return or exchange style for stamps I bought 30 seconds before and didn’t leave store. Will do amazon or online next time was a bad experience all around.

Avoid the Media branch if at all possible. It has an utterly unprofessional staff and an uncaring and equally unprofessional manager. Today I stood patiently in a long line waiting to buy stamps there. Two identically-dressed people jumped the line before the person ahead of me could finally get to the counter. The clerk waited on them as if nothing was wrong, as the rest of us in line merely looked on and shook our heads, astounded by the situation. Perhaps the clerk knew the line jumpers and thought it was acceptable behavior? I complained after the second line jumper made her move, but the clerk yelled at me as if I had done something wrong in merely pointing out the absurd situation imposed on the rest of us. I asked for the manager, and he acted as if nothing unusual had happened. I hope there are cameras there that recorded the situation as it unfolded, and that some kind of quality control officer sees it and trains the staff properly. But I will never go back, and will urge all my friends and family to avoid patronizing this branch in the future.

The epitome of abysmal and incompetent. If you want to see what zero professional pride looks like in person, here is your destination.

Going here can be a nightmare at the wrong time. It is such a convenient location on the corner. I try to go between 9:30am - 11:30am or 2:30pm - 3:15pm. Otherwise you hit the people going before work, the ones going during lunch and finally the ones looking to stop in after school/work.I sell a lot on eBay. This location can print sticky labels if you have the QR code.Wish it had more room. The line can be out the door if there are more than 8 waiting.Since it’s a local distributor, they seem to be on the up with stamps and available service changes.

I recently dropped into this post office location to ship some presents home for Christmas. When I went up to the front to ship everything, I was helped by an incredibly kind employee (I believe his name is Marty). Although he was deaf and I had somehow managed to mess everything up about shipping on my end, he took the time to explain things to me, even drawing a picture to help me understand how to ship things more wisely in the future. His patience with me and all his help absolutely touched my heart. Thank you so so so much!

There is one particular postal worker that works the front that is so rude and nasty with people I will not go here. She looks miserable, acts miserable and treats people like she is bothered. This branch should really examine who they have interacting with the public.

Have the most frustrating experience with delivery. My package is still not delivered and it was supposed to get here on the 7th.

The staff is capable and efficient. Despite a sometimes long line the women remain friendly and unflustered. I was waiting in line to drop off a tax envelope. The woman working the counter saw that I just had a drop off and took it from me while working with another customer. Kept the line moving and also displayed awareness of how to make things work. Setting aside Government Postal Service issues, ie, funding and changes in services, I think this location runs well. I know it’s not a popular opinion but give them their due.

Helpful staff, friendly. Good hours and the fact that the lobby is 24/7 is great (provided the self service machine is working). There are some types of mailing that aren't available self service (media mail for example) but overall it is good post office.

Just had the most frustrating experience in a long time trying to send registered mail for the first time.USPS employee was deaf and communicated with pointing at his screen which I couldn't read. Then, when he had enough of trying to help me; started to wait on other customers. He was obviously incapable of doing his job due to his impairment. Not his fault, but I'm guessing the masks make it very hard to read lips.Any questions I had didnt get asked, so now I have no idea weather or not my certified mail will get to where it needs to.The exact opposite of what you want with certified mail

This is what I’d consider to be a normal post office. It’s usually busy, a tiny bit understaffed, and every once in awhile you might not get the most enthusiastic employee. All that said even though the last package I sent from here arrived late that’s ok. I understand how many packages are being sent now due to COVID, the risks each and every employee is taking every day, and applaud the hard working individuals that keep this business going. Thank you for delivering the mail in rain or shine and pandemic or no pandemic.

Employees are relatively pleasant. People get taken care of quickly and I've never had an issue during all the years I've used this location.
