Helpful staff, friendly. Good hours and the fact that the lobby is 24/7 is great (provided the self service machine is working). There are some types of mailing that aren't available self service (media mail for example) but overall it is good post office.

Employees are relatively pleasant. People get taken care of quickly and I've never had an issue during all the years I've used this location.

Was expecting delivery on April 24. Item was at Media PO. But then the shipped it to Pittsburgh!??? Any reason why?
