A very bad experience. Tests were performed unnecessarily. This isn't my opinion, this is from two vets that I showed the panel of tests that The Cat Hospital gave my cats. My assumption is because they do a lot of testing on site. Adding tests is a good way to increase the cost of a visit. They completely missed diagnosed one of my cats that was not sick at all. If I would have. listen to them, I would've been doing a lot of running around, but in the end, my cat would've been rejected for treatment, because he wasn't sick. He is a completely healthy cat They told me I need to get on medication immediately. They could've jeopardized my cats health. I'm just very fortunate that I had a very uneasy feeling about the vet and wanted a second opinion. They were trying to charge me $125 a day, yes, a day, to board my diabetic cat. And, on top off everything, and the most serious, all of my cats caught a virus from their vet visit, causing them diarrhea and vomiting. They were very, very confused, not the reception desk, they were very nice. But when I was there to pay the bill, they were trying to schedule me, for the testing I just had and not check me out. I've had pets for 40 years and been to several different vets. I have never experienced the nonsense and overbilling in all those 40 years like I did with my very limited contact with The Media Cat Hospital.

It took me a little while to write this because I'm still grieving my beautiful and wonderful baby kitty. I took her to another vet who had zero compassion and my friend recommended The Cat Hospital of Media. Dr. Yolanda Revilla is so wonderful, informative and compassionate. I had to make one of the most difficult decisions of my life and Dr. Revilla and the staff were all so terrific. I really want to thank them for truly caring and loving my precious girl. Dr. Revilla sent me a card and today I opened the mail to receive a beautiful watercolor painting from the hospital in honor of my little girl. Thank you all so much. I truly appreciate that this was your first time in meeting my kitty and you would have all thought you knew her for a lifetime. You are all angels on earth.

The love cats. They treat cats. They handle cats. Do you have a cat? These are cat people who understand cats and horrible, rare or weird conditions. Super professional, as well!

Dr. Kirnos is the BEST. She gives my 17 year old cat wonderful care. Whenever I text her with questions, I always get a timely response. I appreciate her and her staff's care for me and both my girls❤️.

Some know me as Tammiland1 and know I spare no one when it comes to business. The cat hospital took such great care of our kittens, for the staff to the vet, they made us comfortable and took care of our needs, and provided options before services were provided. Excellent service and recommended.

For all other broke cat owners. I brought my cat here for a check up and urinary problems. They were very sweet to my boy. I am also fairly broke but the appointment didn't feel overpriced and they gave me a preview of the care they recommended and didn't feel too pushy to get extra treatment he didn't need.

An absolutely purrfect cat vet experience. Facility has off-street parking, and was very new and clean. The staff and vet were all incredibly friendly and professional, and the overall feeling was very welcoming and relaxed. Highly recommended!

These folks are so kind, caring, and wonderful! I feel very lucky to have them looking after my cat's health and wellbeing. If you have only cats and can get to Media, I highly recommend them. Shout-out to Dr. Kersting who is always so gentle and loving with my boy; she has even sung little songs to him during some visits to comfort his poor old-man nerves. :)

I have had such a great experience here. My cat has had some poor health recently and it made me so anxious. Recently she wasn’t eating which was so unlike her. I was nervous that it was going to cost me an arm and a leg to make her feel better. This was not the case. The two vet techs, Stephen and Caroline, were so helpful and kind to me. I was an anxious mess and they helped me make decisions regarding my cat’s care. I have had really great experiences with Dr. Kersting and Dr. Isaac as well. My cat is all better and acting her normal self. Thank you!
