I worked in the automotive field most of my life until the last few years. It's never easy for a fellow wrench to hand off work that once was performed professionally. John treated me with respect to all my questions about anything I inquired about. He did not question my own understanding of the automotive industry. He met it with informative feedback from beginning all the way through my recent repairs. I asked for my old parts, and he did not hesitate, understanding why mechanically I would ask. I have always respected Qyst from afar, and now I will depend on their opinion and capabilities. Welcoming staff, clean and organized shop, work on a very wide range of manufacturers and engine types, the lot is always full of quality work to be performed, fair labor rate, and transparency of diagnostics. Thank you for showing me respect and, most importantly, taking care of our vehicles to the professional standards I hold.

I recently had the pleasure of using Qyst Media for some repairs and maintenance on my car, and I couldn't be more satisfied with their service.
From start to finish, the team at Qyst Media was incredibly pleasant and helpful. Each interaction, whether over the phone or in person, was met with a friendly demeanor and a genuine willingness to help.
A particular incident stands out to me: my car started making an unusual noise, and I had to bring it back to the shop. One of their drivers rode with me to make sure they understood exactly what the issue was. This level of dedication and attention to detail was greatly appreciated and assured me that my car was in good hands.
Additionally, when I unfortunately got into an accident, Qyst Media was able to recommend an excellent body shop. Their referral was spot on, and the body shop did a fantastic job on my car.
Overall, Qyst Media provides excellent service with a friendly and helpful attitude. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of automotive repairs or maintenance. They have certainly earned my trust and future business!

I have been going here for car repairs for several years and realized I had never reviewed it. Given how important online ratings can be to a business, I figured it was only fair to the Qyst folks that I shared my experiences.I have several cars, from a 1967 through a 2016, and have had most of them here for various repairs or for tires. They can do newer high-tech cars relying on scanner codes and they can do old cars where all the diagnostics are done with the mechanic's eyes and skills. No matter the car, I have been satisfied EVERY time I've visited. Their tire prices are a little higher than the discount places, but not much. I'm happy to spend a few extra dollars for the knowledge that the installation will be trouble free. Appointment wait time is almost always within a week. They are friendly and communicate well throughout the process. If you don't need something, they won't try to sell it.I am thoroughly satisfied with Qyst and will be returning soon I'm sure!Hopefully not TOO soon;-)

We've been taking our cars here for years. They are always honest and dependable. They don't try to upsell you on parts or services. If they tell you it needs to be fixed. It needs to be fixed. I feel like our cars are safe and well maintained by this shop.
