Complete clown show. Simply trying to get a replacement debit card and the clueless employees made me sit and wait for 15 minutes then came and told me they can’t print it today. This is the second time I went in this branch and sat and waited for nothing before finally leaving. Crappy PNC branch operated by incompetent people who are not capable of working at a fast food place let alone advising me financially or handling money.

Came here to cash a 1500 Pnc check. Lady got my IDs then won’t tell me anything and talked to another teller 3 min later I asked what’s wrong they said my name was wrote in a different ink! I said yes he wanted me to put my name because he didn’t know how to spell it. Then they gave my a bunch of stuff about it could be void . They proceeded to cash the check then told me I have to pay a 2 percent fee because I don’t have an account with them. Is that true ?? But it’s their check. Anyways u could of told me that before all the nonsense!!! So at this point I’m so annoyed went through with the $30 fee because I needed the cash from the job. SMH

We had a 3:30 appointment and when we get there our advisor was helping someone else. It happens. But then I sit there for 20 min and another available advisor walks up to me and asks what I'm there for. I told her I was there to close an account.(Wrong answer) She says: well you have to do that with your assigned advisor. I believe that the bimbo just didn't want credit for a closed account. Then she proceeds to help the guy that comes in after me. What kind of phuckery is this?

Been banking with this company for decades. Haven't had any issues. People have their preference, whatever financial company floats their boat, then they will choose to join whichever suits them!

PNC - gross incompetence. I work FT and have made three separate attempts to go in and had to leave because of the wait.Today I got in and it’s to get my online access reinstated. They did not have a business banker or manager. I couldn’t access the internet bc it wasn’t working and I didn’t have my EIN, though I had ID and all other info. They had someone on the phone to tell me that everything was taken care of and I would just need to provide my EIN over the phone.I went home and called the number. For the agent to tell me I have to go back into the branch and they can’t help me.Utter, gross incompetence and lack of respect for peoples’ time, as well as poor training and chronic understaffing. I’ve wasted hours of my time for a simple issue. That still isn’t solved. I am beyond frustrated and furious.

if I could put 0 star I would!! I have never seen a service like this, impossible to get any transaction done, impossible to retrieve 500$ (we don't have cash at the moment) and the wait... this is the worse branch PNC I've ever been into. this is a year that I'm at this branch and inwill close all business with PNC

Service is increasingly slow. None of the staff says hello, asks what you are there for, everyone looks miserable and unapproachable. CSR knows nothing about the banks products. This is not my usual branch, expect to wait at least an hour for any service when you come into this branch. I've opened accounts at other branches in 15 minutes and been in and out. Corprate** you need to work on employee retention so the staff knows about the products and hire more of them in this branch.

No manager on site, atms do not accept deposits, why doesn’t PNC just finish the downsizing if this is how the closest branch to us is going to be?

literal worst bank i'm genuinely not even 18 and they have touched and moved my money so much that i've lost probably 100 dolalrs just in transaction limit fees they don't care and are extremely rude it's just ultimately sad for me bc this was my first experience at a bank so don't go here
