My 10 year old has a medical condition and asked if he could use the bathroom since five below and tropical smoothie were both unavailable due to the holiday shoppers. We were turned away by an employee and told no. Asked again and was still told no. We need to normalize having access to bathrooms for children with disabilities/medical conditions. What great holiday spirit, Petco.

I will NEVER take my dog here to be groomed again. He's a beautiful berniedoodle that had been to another groomer before. I decided to try here out of convenience. Instead my beautiful boy came back look like a rat. He has random long patches, bald spots and they left a ton of hair on the tip of his tail looking like a christmas ornament. I'm beyond disgusted. Even my neighbors commented that my dog is unrecognizable and when I told them what the woman at the desk said about my dog they were appalled at the lies and each one said I made the wrong choice going here anyway and gave me a bunch of recommendations for the future. Save yourself from your dog loosing all of it's hair. Go somewhere else.

They have a great team. They love my baby and great him with so much excitement and joy. He loves it and takes it in. Also, he had an opportunity to take pictures with Santa. They are just an awesome team.

I did put a bad review around three weeks ago due to the hour's miscommunication, but they do have a very good dog. Wash self. Serve very clean store, good selection.
It sure beats the clifton heights store

I had a great experience in the store right up until I went to check out. It was a 400 pound gentleman with very unruly unkept facial hair leaning all over the counter playing with his phone when I drop my dog food and my items he looks so agitated like I had interrupted something. He then began to ring me out and then after I paid and got my receipt, we are awkwardly stared at each other. He never offered me a bag. I think he was assuming I was gonna carry all 16 items out just in my hands or juggle them like a circus clown. Then he went on to say to me I never asked for a bag when I Became impatient and said, do you have bags here or Do I have to buy one? This is a guy that does not belong in the front of the store or in any store I really believe he should get a check every month to just stay away from general population. I will not come back that is Petco.

I will never go there again and I recommend the same for anyone thinking of taking a pet there for grooming. So upset!! I took a dog and pick up a rat. I told the lady I wanted to keep my dogs hair long and she did what she wanted.

Her name is Caitlyn. She was on checkout that day we stopped in Media Petco to pick up 2 things. My adult son with autism was with me. She looked at him in his eyes and she interacted with him. She spoke directly to him and waited for his response. She was very nice and she asked him his name, she was patient and friendly. She told him her name before saying thank yous and goodbyes Not a lot of people do that for my son. She treated him like anybody wants to be treated. She treated him like a human being, and with respect. She could have ignored him like most or assume that he doesn't understand anything and speak to me for him, like some. I don't think she knows how much her act of kindess and compassion meant to me. Thank you Caitlyn!!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the fantastic and helpful staff at this Petco. We had a sad event with a pet hamster, and the staff was extremely sympathetic and helpful. They have a great selection and are always stocked.

Kilo loves her weekly trips to Petco! 😻 She gets
to get all her favorite treats and foods while mom gets to use her coupons and save money. Bc what she saves now she will use to bring me back ne T week (lol)
The staff is always SO friendly and love Kilo and always give her attention and often free treats that she loves 😍

I am always asked if I have questions and I did have a few about a replacement harness. Employee very familiar with products and gave great suggestions.
