I failed my road test due to a mishap of my own fault, but my road instructor was really nice in the way he told me I failed. Gave great life advice too as he did it. I forgot his name but the old man in the beige hat was really nice. The wait time for the test itself wasn't all that bad either.

Went to get my license renewed today. When I got my ticket, it said 2 people before you. I had read in the reviews it was fast to get a renewal here (also read they were racist) but either way it’s 10 min from my house. Well I was A165. They served A163, then A164. I put down my phone and just waited sitting up straight to be called. They never called me. Then it switched to E again. Well when it came back to A, they started at A167, then A168. I thought ok shady why did they just jump ahead 3 numbers? I went up to ask the guy at the photo counter. He was VERY condescending acting as if I was being entitled. He told me “We’re moving around to the different groups. Other people have been waiting here before you, you do know that right?” So I dished it back, explaining “I’m not talking about other groups. I’m talking about the A group. You served A163, A164, I’m A165 but you jumped to A167. You’re telling me the letter groups do not get called in numerical order when they have been getting called that way the whole time?” He says “no they do not, we jump around. Just wait for your turn and I will call you.” I wait, and wait, and wait, then they LOSE POWER. Then they power comes back on and they are on A170, A171, A172. When A173 is called I storm up to the counter and say “IM A165, when are you gonna come back to my number people that got here after me have already been called, issued a license, y’all got it wrong and corrected it, and left! What is going on?” He says that counter 1 called A165 and I MISSED IT. Ok cool take zero accountability when others around me are regarding how strange it was to jump from A164 to A167 but it benefitted them cuz they got here later. I hold him to it and say “I asked why I was skipped, I told you my number, YOU told me I had to wait. Now YOURE telling me my number was “missed”. It WAS NEVER CALLED” now he acted timid… eye roll. “Ok I will call you next a165 is next” TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY FOR YOUR MISTAKES SMH turned a 10 minute visit into over an hour.

I went to get my license renewed today. I purchased the camera card online and they just never sent it to me in the mail. I went early today and got in line outside. Then the lady called up people who were there to get their license renewed. I was about to ask her about my issue and she snapped at me and said she couldn't help me. Then we get inside and she says "what's your question?" I explained what happened with my camera card. She practically threw a paper and a number slip at me without saying a word. I get that she probably hates her job, but there's no reason to be that rude. I saw her snapping at other people too. The other two employees I dealt with were nice and I was able to get my new license pretty quickly.

Absolutely impressed. Staff in this establishment are very pleasant, kind and professional. They are knowledgeable, skilled and the service is very fast.

The worst place ever. I took my 17-year-old son today to get his photo ID. I presented all supporting documentation, including his citizenship certificate. To my surprise, the officer and the guy at the front desk denied us. They stated that we needed to return the citizenship certificate and ask USCIS to give us a Green Card before getting a photo ID. I tried to explain that our Green Cards were taken away before issuing us the certificate, but he refused to let us speak with a supervisor or listen to our explanation. He wouldn't even read the information that qualified my son for the ID.
They were very disrespectful to us today. What I did was take my son to another location for his state ID. Afterward, I drove back to this location to see the supervisor and show them the ID, proving that we had been wrongly denied. Their refusal was simply because they failed to read and understand their job.
The guy at the front desk needs to be trained or removed. How can you employ someone who cannot read? He refused to read the information I presented.
I also believe this is discrimination against a Black immigrant family.

The WORST experience for driving exams! Instructors were rude, unhelpful, and abused by their authority without any remorse or care for the customers. Their motto should be, " You failed!" The small standardized parallel parking space is a "one size fit all, " so beware. Large SUV & TRUCKS fail to fit and automatically fail! The Instructors don't warn you beforehand and waste your time and effort. Check out "Driven 2 drive" facility and service for driving test.

The front desk person is not helpful he
doesn’t even look at your eyes rather he looks at his phone. He is giving wrong information to people. I have gone there twice asking if I need a PA license/ID to register my car and the two times he said NO. I called a couple of Autocar tag and looked it up online and you do have to have a PA license/ID or military ID.
