Hit a pothole on the way to a meeting and my low air pressure light immediately came on. I stopped to look for a local place to help. Luckily I saw them after receiving a less friendly welcome from a spot close to them. Otto's fit me in quickly and were super friendly.

I do not have enough words to brag about this fantastic business. They’ve always been incredibly fair have declined work when they didn’t think things needed to be done. they never try to push repairs . Once they even repaired a window for me on time for no charge because it turned out to be simple ( to them , not for me) and then meticulously taped it up so it would look better ! I would give them Zero Stars if that was an option.I took my Lexus sedan for oil change and tire rotation. They removed the custom tire stems that are designed to communicate with the car's computer the air pressure in each tire.I was shocked to find the stems changed to plain rubber stems. When I returned to report the problem to Kevin Otto he acted like all his people were innocent. There was something about that encounter that left me feeling violated. $1,100 tire stems gone, stolen from my tires.I wouldn't trust them with changing a tire on a tricycle.

We were not sure where the clunking noise was coming from, all we thought, this is going to be expensive. Ottos found the problem, fixed it and fixed another problem as well as inspecting the car all in a day and a half. If you need a fair and trustworthy mechanic go to Ottos.

This is the first time I took my car here. Joe is very nice & talked to me on the phone for 15 min to discuss the problems w/ my car. My fiance & I brought the car in the evening to him & talked to Joe. When we got the car, we thought everything was fine w/ it, come to figure out they didn't change the oil when they told us they did! They don't know which mechanic worked on my car!! I drove it for 2 days, short distances, 2 miles down the road. I noticed smoke was coming out of my tailpipe really bad! I told my fiance when he got home & he called Bill, co-owner, the next morning cause it was late. Bill sent a tow truck free of charge to the apartment I live in to come & get it. They re-did the oil change. I'm assuming Bill did it himself. Thank-you Bill, for everything!! I really appreciated it! It seems to be running fine now.

These guys are the best! I was hesitant going to a new shop but the workers here gave me a great deal and were up front about everything they were doing, and even agreed to work around my schedule. They saw I was missing a hubcap on one of my tires and worked with me to get a new one which I didn't expect at all!!! Great experience and very trustworthy workers, I have already scheduled an appointment to return!

I am always hesitant going to get my car tuned up because I have been lied to and screwed out of money so many times by different mechanics. I thought I would try Otto's because it was recommended by many people on the Nextdoor app. I was greeted by the owner, who was so personable and friendly, I felt comfortable having my car in his care. The owner called later on to let me know what else was going on with my car, was upfront and told me what my overall total was looking like. Got a call a few hours later letting me know it was good to go. Experienced no issues afterwards. Super fast service, very friendly and honest, with extremely fair prices. I will be taking my car here every time going forward.Services: Wheel alignment
