Recently I took my Ford Transit to Garnet Ford, for an inspection and oil change. They informed me that my turbos were shot and needed replaced, needed major brake work.........All in all $10,000. I was stunned. A close friend of mine suggested I take my van to Morelli's, for a 2nd opinion. It was the absolute best experience. Before they even looked at my van, they spotted misdiagnosed issues, from the previous dealership printout. They knew exactly what the issues were, in no time. I got no nonsense, honest, efficient service. Tony, and his son Phillip, were simply amazing!!! Bottom line, they had my van for a day and a half, fixed everything perfectly and it cost me $1,170!!! I went from stunned, and considering giving up on my 2015 Ford Transit w/ 89k miles, to thrilled and back on the road, for $8,800 less, two days later. I highly recommend Morelli's, and I'll never forget what they did for me! They're so knowledgeable, honest, and fair! Perfection is a habit at Morelli's. They deserve 8 stars!

Extremely rude service. Paid well for an alignment on my Volvo S60 & wasn’t given paperwork showing alignment values. Came in today for a Tesla inspection over 30 mins before closing & was told the soonest was Tuesday. Hilariously bad service.

I took my car to Morelli's Service Center a couple times to be serviced for an oil leak. I was informed it wasn't a bad leak and to wait.When I called and tried to speak to the owner to ask a question, he screamed at me and wouldn't allow me to speak! I was shocked that a business owner would speak to anyone like that especially a customer! It was really unprofessional! If I was given the opportunity to rate this company with a zero I would!Services: Auto engine diagnostic

I needed help with my car and all the places I had been before were not great so I took a chance on this place and I am so glad I did. Tony the owner is great. he took care of my car issues straight away. his prices were reasonable and they did a great job on my car. I didn’t feel like I was getting jerked around or over charged for stuff I didn’t need done. great experience. it’s not fancy but they do the job right !

Told me part was $800 to $1200 costs. Talked to others about it and got it for $370. He was price gouging me mabe because I am a woman. I don't know. Don't recommend. Horrible

#ServiceStarShoutOut Tony Morrelli and his son (This is a 3rd generation shop) do quality work at a fair price. Tony is a straight shooter and if he says you need it, then you NEED it. I trust him and his advice. So glad I found them about 5 years ago. They service my 2 Hyundais and I am so thankful for all they do. #ServiceStarShoutOut

I took my RV 1991 Rockwood to Morelli’s Service Center. He told me he would assess it and get back .. 4 weeks later he said the estimated costs were $ 3900.00 I expected it would be high as it was sitting for a while and I want hoses and belts double checked.. and replaced. I went in at least once a week physically and called sometimes as well.First there was a strike then it was the Holiday’s. So it’s been there now almost 3 months... so he says hey you could give me $1000.00 to defer some of the parts costs. I say if course.I pay. My daughter has to have heart surgery. The RV goes on the back burner in my mind... I call in February. To see how things are going... still waiting on this or that. March I start to get annoyed. I call and say I want to pick it up to have some work done. He says I can pick it up. It doesn’t start and there is a wasp nest under the hood!How much work are you doing if there is a wasps nest under the fn hood. I call him the following morning and tell him I couldn’t take the vehicle because it would not start... I don’t mention the wasps nest. I figure let him find out like I did by getting stung twice!I take vehicle. I have someone look at it... nothing was done!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Absolutely horrible experience and I lost a year to repair my RV! DO NOT take your car, truck or RV here. I took my RV here and was promised good service. After two months, they said they needed $1,000.00 deposit for parts! Four months later nothing was done! I gave them numerous chances to do work or return funds! I am now in the process of taking them to court! The owner treated me with complete and utter disrespect. If you are a women alone, I highly recommend that you pass this place by! I would imagine that they even bully men.

Tony is a great guy, straight shooter, doesn’t look for problems or create problems that are not there. Prices are fair and honest during the process. I’ll be back with another car - which requires more technical expertise, I trust them.

"I gotta guy named Tony. He'll take care of it...!" I have been taking my cars to Tony for the better part of 10 years. If Tony says something needs to be done, it needs to be done. No nonsense. I have never had a problem with any work he has done. From my Mercedes to my Honda, I can't imagine taking my cars anywhere else.

Cannot say more about the mechanic than everything was thoroughly explained to me (including the cost) and everything was done when promised. It was the easiest repair experience in my car's long life.
