I have lived here for 2 years, as a fresh out of college student, this has been a great first renting experience! I lived in a studio and it was perfect for me! The pool and pickleball courts were amazing and the location was perfect! Thank you for making my renting experience amazing !

Upon arriving in Pennsylvania for the first time, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I felt at home. The staff at Media Station Apartments were incredibly welcoming and provided me with valuable information about the area before my move. The location's proximity to Philadelphia makes my commute to work a breeze, adding to the appeal of my new home!

Have been living with my fiancee for nearly a year now and it's been a great experience. It's an inexpensive place with a great pool and now a pickleball court. Best part is that it's located just about five minutes outside of downtown Media, which means that we never tire of having anything to do. It also helps that everywhere is walkable. The only downside would be that the walls are a little thin, meaning that if you have upstairs neighbors that are noisy (like I do) , it may cause quite a bit of discomfort. There's also random street work and building work that's not always made to the tenants attention prior, which can also provide inconveniences. All things considered though, still a great place to live.

This is a safe, clean, quiet and well-maintained complex. Staff are very courteous, reponsive and fix any issues promptly. They treat my home as their home!

My wife and I have lived at Media Stations Apartments for about three years. The apartment is beautiful and newly renovated. Quiet closing cabinets and new appliances are very nice. The pool area is well kept and a nice addition. The property managers and maintenance personnel are very responsive and understanding. Communication is great. They bring in a person to clean the common areas once a week who is extremely friendly and even gathers packages from other buildings and brings them to the correct ones. The only negative is the price; however, that is just how the market is at the time.

I was looking at this place but after talking to my friend who pretty much said the management is greedy I decided against it. I did look at the rules and they clearly don't apply them as you can see in this photo they are allowing their girl friends to make the front of the apartment complex look like a ghetto all because of a bird? This is completely against the rules from what i read but it's the management's friends so they allow only them to deface the property and break clearly written rules. I was also told they will literally steal your money should you decide to leave this place. Also it's next to a wastewater treatment plant so, on a regular basis, you will smell decomposing human waste if you step outside in the evening. I think it definitely will put a damper on an evening of relaxing on your balcony i am sure lol.

Media Station Apartments is an exceptional apartment complex. Buildings are newly renovated and everyone is very accommodating to tenants’ needs. The management of the apartments promptly responds to maintenance requests and will always get issues resolved. Besides the beautiful apartments themselves, the complex has a pool, grill, and sports area where tenants can spend time during the summer! To top all of this, the apartments are actually reasonably priced (which is important especially during these times of skyrocketing inflation!).

Unfortunately media station apartments while on the surface level appeared as a nice and safe apartment complex the individuals who run the complex are unaccomadating, rude and nearly nonexistent. If you have any type of maintenance issue they won't show up until 2 or 3 weeks later to address it and may bill you. The pool is also left unkept and dirty which can be a safety hazard to any family or friend visiting. It's unfortunate for such a nice town that an apartment complex is so poorly run.

Me and my mom have lived here for around 6 years and we loved it. Were moving in july and by my surprise we come across a mouse problem.. I absolutely HATE rodents specifically rats and mice. My mother and I have never seen any in our 6 years of living here but out of no where bunches of them are coming into our home, not to mention when i called maintenance about the problem I don't think they took me seriously. I have also had this problem ever since I moved here when my toilet gets super clogged every two months and I had to learn how to unclog it myself because the maintenance people obviously weren't doing a good job.

The apartments are mostly very lovely but be warned, since Feb. 2022, they are massively increasing their rents. My friend's rent was raised by over $300 a month! Outrageous!

I love living at Media Station Apartments. This place has everything I need. This is my first time renting and I heard it from other people that if you have bad management team, it is a nightmare to live there no matter how nice the place is. I certainly agree with this! The staff at Media Station Apartments from the property manager to maintenance have been fantastic! They are friendly, polite, and quick to respond to questions/issues. I’d recommend Media Station Apartments to anyone looking for a nice place to live. Come talk to Renata and/or her team and you won’t be disappointed!

Do not rent here. The apartments are very overpriced, $1,645 being the cheapest and smallest apt you can rent. None of the apts have central a/c or the ability to control the room temperature (heat is base board and is either on or off, no temperature settings.) I was without heat for 4 days in March of this year when temperatures dipped into the teens, so I did not pay rent for 4 days, and management still insists I owe it to them (the PA state law says I don't.) They were supposed to do a massive heating system overhaul in March 2020 but instead bought another property. Every and any bit of work they do is done as cheaply as possible. Our front doors stick because they painted right over the old paint without scraping or sanding. Contractors typically show up in unmarked white vans, and I once called the police because there was a young boy in the hallways ripping out old, dirty carpet from the stairwells without any protective clothing or filtered mask. The massive pot hole in the back parking lot was filled only with sand. The management decided to contract with Comcast, so you have no choice but to use Comcast for internet. My bill went from $40 to $60 to $100 in 2 years, and you have no leverage because they know it's the only service you can get. Walls are thin, you can hear everything in the hallways and your neighbors going to the bathroom and flushing the toilet. My bedroom window doesn't close all the way because it wasn't installed properly, the fan in the bathroom vents into the ceiling (black mold growing around it,) and they even turned down the water pressure after the start or Covid to keep the water bill down! They don't hire a lifeguard for the pool, and we don't know who does the chlorine checks, so few people swim it out of health concerns. Management is greedy, rude, and there have been at least 4 different assistant property managers since I moved in. You can rent a nicer place for less money in Media. The only redeeming quality is Shaun the maintenance guy, but once he's gone, you'll be out of luck. Go elsewhere for nearly $1,700/mo.

Media Station Apartments is a great place to live. It is in a great location that is close to State Street but also feels secluded. The apartments are updated and in great shape. The apartment office is also very responsive and take care of any issues quickly. The pool in the summer is also a great bonus!

Sure the renovations are nice but receiving packages and food delivery here is a constant nightmare. Pro tip, don’t pay for rush shipping because there’s a 50/50 chance it will be delivered to the wrong address and will have wasted your money. You better hope that you don’t have an urgent delivery or get medication delivered because every other online order gets delivered to the wrong address. The complex signage is not clear. Neighbors try to be nice by bringing the packages into the building but don’t check if the packages really belong there and you’re not able to get into the other buildings to check on your own. Or you can get a master key fob while the leasing office is open… (how does this work for people with 8-5 jobs???) It is a simple fix to update the building signs but there doesn’t seem to be any urgency on this and I’ve been here over a year…
