My mom and I were in today and we needed help opening an Estate account, from the minute we walked in we were greeted by Hami and he right away went and got someone to help us. When I say Annette went above and beyond for us, she was so helpful, so empathetic, and truly one of the nicest , caring, professional individual s we have ever dealt with. We are so grateful to her and appreciate everything that she did for us. She had the patience of a Saint, answered all of our questions, showed so much compassion, and took care of everything for us. You just don’t see such amazing customer service like Annette showed us today.

“If I could give 6 stars I would. I am currently finishing up the home buying process and I recently had to get a cashiers check from my PNC account to use as a deposit for my future home. I can say without a doubt every time I have gone to this PNC bank on lunch it has been wonderful.I had the pleasure of having Grace help me out and she even went above and beyond when I needed documentation for my lender and had warned me of potential security risks as well. Every single person in that PNC deserves extra praise whether it be the fast and cooperate service Ive always gotten or just how friendly they are when they ask me about how I am doing and keeping tabs on how my house hunting is currently going. Every interaction has felt very genuine, human and positive that is hard to put into words.I have had several banks, and I have also been to several PNC branches which have all been to a high standard. However, this branch in particular blows every other location out of the water. I am truly thankful for the staff and how much they do for their customers.”

100 Vanguard Blvd, Malvern“I know of Vanguard through a former employer of mine... a very well-known, well-reputed investment management firm based in Boston. And.... Vanguard was always spoken of, and considered, the best of the best. My employer provided retirement accounts for all of their employees (i.e., for me) and we were able to select the Vanguard funds where we wanted our retirement monies to be invested.It's now a full thirty years later, and my money has more or less sat there, and grown quite nicely, in my various Vanguard funds.However, sadly, I have noticed that their customer service line has deteriorated. In a nutshell, it seems they have OUTSOURCED their customer service. You no longer get reps in the U.S., and who always seemed like they were IN THE BUSINESS of investing money....reps who seemed to know a thing or two. Instead, we now get an endless phone tree of buttons to push.... are repeatedly asked to enter the same information over and over...we finally have to 'play games' with the system in order to get a rep... when you DO get a rep, it's clear they are not based in the U.S. Then you are told you need to speak with a different department...you are transferred....put on hold... asked all the same 'security questions' all over again (and even in instances where you aren't looking for any private or personal information on your account, but simply want help NAVIGATING THEIR WEBSITE). Speaking of which....whatever happened to the voiceprints that many of us recorded, of 'At Vanguard, my voice is my password'?? ...which was supposedly specifically set up, so that we'd not have to jump through all these ridiculous 'security hoops'?? We no longer seem to receive that prompt, anymore, when we call Vanguard...It's sad, that even with a company at the level of Vanguard, that customer service is DEAD. And I'm sick and tired of endless, waste-of-my-precious-time questions that are supposedly 'for your security', even when, as mentioned, I am often not trying to get any PERSONAL details on my account. I mean, you can't even ask a GENERAL QUESTION anymore without first going through an inquisition!Jack Bogle must be rolling in his grave.”
